It is amazingly economical without any compromise whatsoever. Very near to Lucknow airport adds another jewel in its crown. They dont have dining in the hotel but their adjacent restaurant makes delicious food at very reasonable price. You can directly order food to your room or walk down few steps to dine. Rooms are pretty good, toilet is clean and good. Service is fast. Reception is hassle-free for any help. No nonsense hotel for catching flight from airport at any inconvenient hours.

Hotel Maple delite is good as it is near to Lucknow Airport. Staff of hotel is also cooperative & have good behaviour.

It was a good experience staying here. Rooms were quite clean. Staff is really cooperative and serves you really well. Geyser, electric kettle, tv and other amenities were in working condition. Food facility is also provided. Vintage Village, a theme based restaurant, is adjacent to the hotel. Food ordered by you will be delivered to your from this place only. Quality of food is also awesome. I enjoyed my stay here. Though a bit expensive, but its really worth it.

Pathetic service and extremely unprofessional staff members. We had arranged a 2 day marriage event at this place and I have no doubt in stating that they completely ruined the function for our guests. They will just run behind you for the money but when it comes to the delivery of services they will give 0% attention to you! They served 30% of what we had given them in the menu for the functions and the quality of service was bad too! If you dont want to ruin yours and your guests then do not ever opt for this place for any function. Extremely unprofessional!

It was a short and pleasurable stay at Maple Delite. As you can see the room was well maintained with basic amenities.The food offered here was sumptuous. We really enjoyed the variety that was served. I am very fond of eating and I really cherished the dishes that were offered for breakfast as well as lunch. The taste was such that everytime I desired to have more but my stomach didnt have that capacity.One thing that the management can improve better is the cleanliness near the dining area.Overall it was an enjoyable stay.

Not a good place to stay.. not worth the money at least.In the name of buffet breakfast we where provided aalu paratha. That also 1 per person had to ask them and wait for more.Room service is pathetic. For tea and toast it took them 1hr. Had to apply for refund through Oyo. And they did refund some amount.Just avoid this place.

Newly built structure is good. Location is very good as it is close to the airport. The rooms are very dirty. The service is non existent. The complimentary breakfast has only puri bhaji and bread. Even tea is served bad. There is dust around everything in the hotel room.

I stayed here for 4 nights and my experience was not exactly pleasant. The infrastructure of hotel (rooms, beds, bathrooms etc) are to the par. But the attitude of working staff is not good. I was once told that breakfast was complimentary, and later they took payment for it. Drinking Water facility is horrible, packaged water bottles are not available even after asking for same. Food is worst, quantity is too little with hepty cost. Overall, only building is good which alone is not enough for making your stay wonderful. For that, the working culture needs a big revamp.

I have stayed in this hotel approximately 6-7 times but this time my experience was not good at all. I have stayed here for 2 days at the time of check-in they ask me for id proof and then they kept the id with themselves and told me that they will give me my Id at the time of checkout this was not any issue but suddenly the next morning one reception boy came and started asking that why we are here in Lucknow? As we were couple but we have given them some genuine Id proofs that why are we here and they make us scared by saying that they need reason because we are couple and if there is any police issue so they can tackle themselves and we will not have any hassel.but my opinion if your hotel is not couple friendly then do mention there in your policies and do not scare anyone by the name of police and atleast go and get some moral values how to treat customer and hotel maple delite is not so cheap that police will charge raid that easily as told by that reception boy .Couples do clear everything at the time of check-in itself.

Easy checkin and out

Its cheat. No service, no food, no tea, nothing youll get at hotel. Service is so poor and pathetic that youll have to wait for at least an hour to get your billing done. Surprisingly you wont get breakfast even though the same is included as complementary service. My sincere advise to avoid this place if you can. Youll feel cheated. Negative value for money.

Good marriage lodge. Situated at outskirts of city. Lawn is quite big. You can definitely keep this as an option for wedding ceremony.

Away from the hustle and bustle of the city of Lucknow Maple Delite is nice to stay comfortably.Rooms are neatly arranged and there are enough sofas and almirah in each room.The cafeteria is also well kept but for a wash basin.We wish they had a neat basin for those who need cleaning their hands and mouth after dining. The service of room boys to be increased to the expected level of the boarding guests.

This is one of the best hotels we stayed in. Room was large with a sitting area with a couch. The room was very, very clean and modern. The staff at the front desk was very friendly, helpful and professional. They even gave us a bottle of water for being a Choice Hotel member. The lobby was nice and clean. Breakfast area was large. There were several kitchen staff members constantly monitoring the breakfast items. There was plenty for everyone, including tons of bacon. I definitely would stay at this hotel again.

Hopless Management.They feel so insecure that insist on receiving entire room rent at the time of check in itself.Illiterate front staff servants advise that they will not allow check in if room rent is not paid outrightly.
