First time it provided very good service, staff was also well behaved & taste was awesomeBut the 2nd time, they provided very slow service, that we thought snacks will not come & during main course they provided 3 items after repeatedly asking about them & that also when half the guest left and took the money for all the items, even though it was left untouched due to late service

Not a place to be recommended. They gave us their biggest room but first the AC was not working then the room lock got damaged. Food was not at all good

They alloted us rooms with Geyser fares but No geyser was given in rooms and when asked about it, they said we will give you hot water in bucket with a proper statement GEYSER KE PAANI KE NAHAO YA BUCKET KE PAANI SE, Whats the difference.Very poor Hotel and service staff. And we asked for their license number to register complaints, they denied. So its better to choose over any other hotel.

1. Hall is very bad being many puller in central area of hall hence stage is being not seen properly. 2. Food not prepared timely. 3. Lighting is very bad due to repeated tripping. 4. Casual tent type chair provided in hall. 5. Vetter is cheap.

Very poor experience...1. No approach road..2. Extremely poor surroundings with awful smell and flies everywhere.3. Lot of flies at roof top restaurant. The upkeep of kitchen is also very filthy.. Govt agencies must check this place for hygiene...4. New hotel and is still not complete, staff is also not conversant with their own rules and policies....... to summarise a NO GO till its completed probably after a year or two...

The hotel was really nice, just as modern style hotels but the major drawback was the management. The person at the counter was not behaving professionally, he was trying to have meaningless conversation with me. Anyway, I ignored it and went to my room. Another major issue was: people staying in a room nearby our room were not adhering to the FABHOTEL rules as SMOKING is not allowed but their rooms door was open most of the time and they were smoking sitting in the room and smell spreaded all over the gallery. I dont know why the management did not ask them to follow the rules. Bad experience due to these factors otherwise the rooms were good.

Today I visited this hotel because I have taken its membership card. But it is worst hotel and having worst hospitality and behaviour of all staff mainly billing manager.They denied to consider my coupes. Very soon I am going to file a case in this regard.I will never visit this hotel again

AC not working in 3 rooms I booked. They didnt give us other rooms.Lost earphones when I gave my keys for cleaning. On complaining I got a reply we will look into the matter but didnt got any word after that.Even after asking for other rooms just got reply that AC will be repaired in an hour or two.Roads to reach the hotel are pathetic, will all the rains walking up to the hotel is not at all possible.Lift didnt work for first 2 days.Electricity problem was there with continuous tripping.A really bad experience.Not expected this from a FAB hotel chain.Have stayed at there property for 2 3 times and this has been the worst experience with other two being great.The lounge above the hotel is good to have party.

There is a lot of parking space.Hotel is situated in the very outskirts of city.The hotel has room with ac.Banquet hall is also there.There are 2 banquet halls.There is no problem of parking.There is dining also available.The hotel staff is very helpful and very cooperativeThe hotel offers good food at little high price.The Banquet hall is not so big and not so good but okay for a 100-120 gathering.Location is not very good at it is very outskirts of city and the airport railway station bud station are also very far.
