The accommodation, service, lounge bar & restaurant, weekend music and party, location everything is fine with this hotel. Must stay there at least for once instead of booking any random g-oyo overpriced stays. This one is best for under 1500 per night budget. Surrounded by hotel novotel, lineage, sahara hospital, singapore mall, but have existence of its own.

The location is very good and the rooftop is very fantastic. There is a good parking lot . The roof top is located at 5th floor. A little expensive. The service provided here is not at all good and the food taste also.

Not a pleasant experience for a hotel; starting from the fact that there is a serious parking problem, but major issue I had was of the vibe, Feels like I am in a shady hotel with tiny rooms and unkept gallery which is always smelling of smoke. Importantly the hotel does not allow any food from outside (i had to return the home cooked meal my relatives had bough) and they have very very limited menu and pretty sure the kitchen is kept unhygienic. Lost all my appetite with a hair on my plate. Another important thing is that the double beds they have are basically two single beds joined together with an inch space in the matters.

The ambience was good, the room was nice and comfortable. It does have a polite reception and have an affordable price. The only thing which we disliked was its service. It was very lame.

Nice stay, rooms are clean, washrooms are clean. Hotel location is perfact near to Sahara Hospital. Easy to reach. Reception persons are good in behaviour. Room service is good. Food is also delicious.

Wonderful hotel.Just one thing for fellow travellers no need to book delux room as their delux and standard rooms are same in size.

On roof top there is aabshaar it seriously takes 45 to 50min just to give soup. The food was taking lot of time to be served and the taste was not worth it. I can say I was too disappointed and I can say this with garantee that I wont come here ever again. My mood is spoilt 😠😠😡

Very good accommodation and meals (buffet). This is not only affordable at a reasonable price but do justify the name and branding on the parallel. Though had a very short stay but I would recommend this to anyone who is coming to gomti nagar to go for it especially over any oyo hotels in the price range of 1000-2000.

The people here are fraud. They listed themselves in gibibo but when you will go to check the rooms in hotel they will falsely full the occupancy and then will say to you that hotel is full. But then they will trick you and negotiate with you to take offline on higher charges. And will give you some discount. After you book the room offline that they will open the occupancy. And rooms will be again available in goibibo.

While stay and food is good. Hotel has spacious rooms and good staff.I would not say it is one of the best properties to host events. I felt little lack of professionalism on this front.The banquet manager was missing once the event started. The staff insisted on paying the bill for extra plates before the event concluded. Tea served at night was cold. Food served at late hours was cold and not all the dishes in main course were served.

I have very bad experience with this hotel. This doesnt justify the 4 star category first of all. Food was terrific. If there is option to upload images and videos i can post it.. bedsheet was tore. No room sleeper was there. And if a person book a room for two why there is only one complimentary dental kit. Food price so high, i can understand that it is so called 4 star but u should not compromise with quality.. worst service. If any one is thinking to stay there kindly dont order a single thing. Food is basic but you will not get that. Terrific experience... Really regretting.. total waste of money

My overall experience at ranbirs was really bad. Washrooms were stinking and they werent even clean . No hand wash or soap was available with them .Staff was rude ,ill-mannered and unprofessional (especially the receptionist , he doesnt even know how to talk to women respectfully )..we called him up so many times to show that the bathroom wasnt clean but he didnt came and no action was taken. They even charged me for the free stuff like dental kit etc. Ill never recommend anyone to book this hotel.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.Other than the location of the hotel,there is nothing great about this hotel and it most certainly doesnt deserve a 4 star status(in fact,it doesnt deserve a 1 star rating).Let me start with the food first.I made a big mistake of purchasing the breakfast+lunch/dinner package with my stay.The quality of the food was extremely poor and the same food items were repeated every day-absolutely no variety at all.Moreover,a majority of the restaurant staff seemed to be unfit for their jobs-most of them were very rude and severely lacking in manners.I am unsure if the hotel even provides any training to their waiters/other support staff.Now coming to the Covid precautionary measures,there was nothing like social distancing inside the hotel and most of the hotel staff didnt bother to take any Covid safety measures(I often saw several hotel employees roaming around without wearing face masks).The lifts were overcrowded most of the times,so much so that people touched each other while standing inside the lift.As most of the guests didnt wear face masks,we were always at the mercy of the God to save us from Corona infection.The area around this hotel is highly polluted so there were a lot of mosquitoes.One night I asked for mosquito repellent,to which their support staff replied that there was no mosquito repellent in the hotel and they were unable to arrange for it.I could hardly sleep that night,bitten all over my body by the mosquitoes.Can anyone ever expect such treatment from a so called 4 star hotel?As a whole,it was an extremely poor experience staying at this hotel and I would never like to visit this hotel again. I had an awesome experience here. All the staff whether it was at reception, bar counter, restaurant etc. were super professional and provided excellent service. My room was superb especially the city view from room was awesome. They incorporated all my requests including complementary room upgrade, view etc. The property location is also great.

Went to this place yesterday and damn, its so beautiful😍😍The ambiance is really very pretty. Ive ordered so many things from this place and everything was lit 🔥🔥The hotel has very beautiful pool and an amazing bar area!I have tried nargisi kofta, dal makhni, fajitas, soya chaap, chicken, brownies, mocktails and a lot more there. A rooftop cafe by hotel ranbirs. The place has a great ambience, good food, good drinks, a small private indoor space for a party as well which can cover a max of 10 people. A perfect place to chill in the day as well at night as it has such perfect lightning. Nevertheless, they serve some lip-smacking food from starters to the main course to dessert. I had salad, cheese cigar rolls, chicken tikka and chilli soya chaap in starters with some refreshing mocktails whereas, in the main course I tried my all-time favourite dal makhani, methi malai paneer and Nargis kofta with assorted bread. Last I ended up with my favourite part means the desserts which include sizzling brownie and tiramissu, the brownie was super soft and the tiramisu was so perfect. Also, The staff is really nice. Prices are very affordable.

This is a nice hotel located in a prime location. It has ample car parking space. rooms are average in size but bathrooms are very small (approx 50 sq ft only). staff is well behaved but does not look professional. food is good. other amenities were also good. overall a nice stay for medium range. it is a proper 3 star property. one can prefer it for a budget of around 3k.

One of the worst hotel experiences I ever had in my life!My would-bes booked the banquet of the hotel along with the rooms for the ceremony but the banquet didnt had the capacity to accommodate our guests. However, these people made false promises and took our booking. Now they are showing us the garage area for dinner and on requesting adjustment of advance payments with the accommodation these people are saying we will only provide you accommodation if you will take banquet otherwise will not provide you a service for single penny!Never Never fall prey to these people!
