The hotel was located in a good location. Corona guidelines were also maintained very well. The staff was good and response quickly to things. and the major thing was money it was definitely a value for money trip from hotel room to food everything was good and on good rate too,Overall enjoyed the stay there with almost no issue.

If anyone is interested in paying without expecting a desired/promised services, it may be a right choice as Nakshatra management is only behind money and money they have no respect/honour for their guests. All payments are taken well in advance and for any extra they will ask you to pay like restaurant just after meal may be midnight and you may be busy in arranging the functions they have no respect other than extracting money from you. I planned my daughter’s marriage on 28 Jun 2021 from this place and paid whatever was asked in advance and a tall promise was made by entire team and I also regularly asked them to keep their words . On the D-day to my utter surprise and disappointment they took everything for granted and did not keep the things as promised. I got so many complaints from our distinguished guests starting from cleanliness of toilet, quality ,quantity of food and services.Not even a single area was on expected line. I am highlighting a few:Indoor Toilets were dirty and unhygienic and when approached for outside toilet it was closed ‘Under Repair”Food used to disappear from containers only on reminder it was topped up, most of the time Kitchen manager will be hiding somewhere to avoid us.Food quality was compromised and not as promised even after one serve Kheer has been diluted with no/almost nil ingredients in it.Food items exhausted before guests could complete their food.Containers were empty for additional guests though it was charged in full and payment was asked in the midnight before completing their deliveries.When I asked available manger to arrange a call with his boss, he called a person who refused to speak to me and probably instructed him to take the money and leave it as it is because after this call manager insisted me to pay and I paid him full without any delay. Later I came to know that gentleman was the owner (as per manager) who can sleep peacefully after making money and make customer sleepless by such a service and behaviour.Even I got a call next day through manager from so called owner with lots of excuses and arguments but no remorse for such failure and incidents , I asked him to call me after 2 days as I was busy in looking after my guests but it is still awaited. As I can understand that he got all his payments and his mission/goal is accomplished with desired money.I am failed to understand that when all the payments are made as per their demand and conditions why Nakshatra is not keeping their promises and look after our dignity and honour for such an important lifetime event if they need more money they could ask it before booking or in between and save us from lifetime humiliation in front of our relatives/friends.Single star is being offered it is the least which can be given otherwise it deserve much more below this.

Guys, Just a caution if you are booking a standard room from this hotel paying more than rupees then too your experience would be worst. Pros: Thank you to staff for the early checking of 8 AM instead of 12 PM Cons: Room was full of damp! As a business visit what would be your most priority thing a basic INTERNET.. it was not working. Room flooring was dirty as I entered the room I requested for cleaning no action taken. Bed sheet and pillow were pathetic and full of spots! as if it was been used and unchanged. I was been disturbed by a random call from reception at midnight 1 PM yes it was 1 PM call in night on the room landlines the call was meant to be for some another room..for next couple of hours I was not able to sleep.People would be served the Breakfast like as outsider or leftover with one option to have instead of just outside my room buffet was been served with multiple option to choose from. Multiple times asked them to change the room but no action was taken.Overall to sum up didnt had a good experience at all for my next visit to Lucknow I would be hunting for new hotel, Nakshatra is haunting me. No internet

I have never seen this inane hotel in my whole life....you cant believe I am waiting for water still 2 hour...now its 3Am ..almost 2.5 hour Im waiting for washroom...and big mistake are they are telling lie continuously say...sir pls wait 10min_15min 🥲

Amazing service and communication by Abhishek from Nakshatra. Our wedding function was completed without any issues (major or minor)The ambience is amazing with good convenience just outside the property.The food was yummy and people were complementing to extreme levels. Cleanliness was on spot and all arrangements were taken care by Abhishek, personally.The staff was extremely helpful and everyone there at Nakshatra were very supportive.Abhishek was standing with one leg and he treated our family function as his own (literally). He was no less than a brother when it came to managing the requirements and requests of guests.Big big thanks to whole team of Nakshatra and Abhishek separately...P.S. - You should open your kitchen for public on regular basis. People were asking us - can we dine in here as a food joint? The food was so yummy.

Its a nice hotel but definitely needs more professionalism ,nice rooms with fine bathrooms,love their banquet and food ,can easily fit 150 to 200 ppl in their,and they mismanaged my bill which i had to go to the desk and get corrected.

Rooms were clean and tidy. food was good. hotel staff was cooperative.the park was also clean. Parking facility was also good.

This place is a great stay. I had a wonderful time staying there. I was having second thoughts after Ive seen some negative reviews on google but the hotel management proved it all wrong.Added benefits is the food at the property, its great and is cheap, the kitchen chef must be amazing.Thanks a lot for the wonderful stay, will visit soon again.

Attended a wedding ceremony of my niece on 28 Jun 2021.Promised for extra ordinary services but that was a myth.Biggest failure was from pantry side,it looks that they have prepared it on small quantity so on every replenishment quality was compromised.Marraige hall was nicely decorated but here also they made a flop show with stinky toilet.So one must think before ......

WORST EXPERIENCE.Held my daughters wedding there on 30.11.20. Extremely bad food. Some dishes stale. Limited quantities. Cold food. Slow service. Rooms not handed over till late afternoon. Single towel in triple share rooms. No shampoo/body wash. Kettles not working. 2 teabags per room. Too much noise from staff kitchen. Menu choices muddled up. Same breakfast served 2 days in a row despite pre-decided menu selection.Overcharged. Under-delivered.Focus on fleecing the customer without giving quality service.

How can I forget the glittering marriage ceremony of my dear friend at this upscale lawn in a prime location in Lucknow. Dazzling decoration, superb service, fabulous food and above all the caring staff made it a truly unforgettable experience. Spread over a huge area on the main road it has good parking space and nice rooms to stay.

I stayed in this hotel twice. They dont care about hospitality and they have their own rules So I will share the whole experience from arrival to departure. As soon as you enter the hotel they have huge parking but they Do not let the car stand in the shade later I saw peoples were playing badminton at the night at that place of shade receptions guest sofas are always occupied by two persons and they seem like a couple which is the permanent holder of those sofas. I only found the service staff was professional and for their politeness, Im giving 2 stars two this hotel otherwise it doesnt deserve a single coz else everyone there was very rude

All that glitters is not gold.Impressed by the looks and new construction we booked the entire lawn and banquet for our daughters wedding, little realizing the shame that we were likely to endure due to the highly unprofessional, badly managed, and atrocious stale insipid food that was served.The less said the better about the unprofessional management.Once in a lifetime event so highly aspired had been ruined by this hotel and tnd banquet , how can we be magnanimous in giving even a single star. Zero star option is not available.Highly pained and remorseful in getting cheated thus.

A fabulous banquet hall spread over vast area and located in the heart of the city. Its beautifully maintained and decorated. The staff is prompt and on point. A special mention for food. Its finger licking good with good spread for both veg and non veg sections. Stage is great and the seats at it look really royal. All in all I would like to say that it really sets the benchmark for the banquet halls not in Lucknow but any city in India.

Lawn is quite spacious with all the amenities at your disposal.Of late, it has become a lawn cum banquet.2 banquet halls have been constructed, one being at ground floor and the other being on first floor.Atop them are 21 rooms on second and third floors respectively.On fourth floor they are planning to open a roof top bistro.To the owner, 3 stars are given only because of the outrageous behaviour of the self proclaimed owner MISS SAUMYA, who has some serious ego issues.Hospitality is a far fetched idea for her.Her sense of entitlement will literally ruin your property s reputation on which you have invested so much.You need to keep a check on her.As far as Mr. Abhishek is concerned, he is a piece of gem who knows what hospitality is and his professionalism is exponential as compared to that self proclaimed owner.

Inexperienced staff results in bad service, which cancels the advantage of a good location and good construction.A location right on Hahnemann Chauraha should be a heaven-sent blessing. Add to it new, well constructed facility.All this goes to dust because of bad management. The staff is clearly inexperienced. In one marriage that I attended, they could not manage the flow of people on to the tables, resulting in a huge traffic jam. They crammed all the serving bowls in a very small space, leading to much crowding. Also, the staff could not deliver food to fill emptying trays promptly.One of the floor managers ignored a request to send help for cleaning spilled sharbat. Had to virtually grab a fellow to get him to wipe.So much potential, wasted due to unsuitable staff.

I really like the hotel.its in the Good place..u can get transport easily.rooms r clean comfortable.washroom are clean and hygiene.the service was excellent..I really recommend everyone to stay in this.though there is no food department..but they Will help u whatever u order From outside n the quality was very nice.
