Staff behavior is very rude. They do not know how to speak with their guests. I booked this hotel since this was close to hospital where my family member was admitted. I requested in reception that please ask cleaning staff to clean my room at night since I am required to be in hospital between 9 am to 8 pm. When I asked the cleaning staff to clean, he came to argue that the room cant be cleaned and I should follow hotel rules. This is how you treat your guests. After arguing, he cleaned the room but did not clean the rest room.

I will rate it 5 star in terms of Hygeine, comfort and services. I have been here second time and as usual its the best place for me to stay. Services provides by the staff is best. I would recommend this hotel. The safety measurements were upto mark. Proper mask wearing staffs and sanitized room.

Stayed for 9 days in the hotel along with my family having infant. Infant enjoyed spacious rooms having window facing wave mall parking. Food taste is awesome. Service of Mr. Nikhil and Mr. Mohit are excellent. Overall value for money due to service, location, food and room amenities. Will recommend for stay .

The hotel is best at its price. Excellent service. The ambience is perfect. I liked the cozy floor mat. Each and everything was upto mark. During the pandemic situation they are taking safety measures. Staff were polite and supportive. I will visit this place again. It was a happy stay.

Pathetic service.Room was not clean.Bedsheets were dirty.I had to ask for every basic stuff which a hotel must provide. Imagine I couldnt even close the door at first as it was damaged. Later on insisting they changed the room. Complete waste of money this place is. I would recommend not to book this one at this price. It should be priced around 1000 per day according to their service standards.

Stay was amazing. housekeeping was also good, takes no time in reaching you.only thing that is concerning is the food.food is not bad its good but the price and quantity are very disproportionate and you cannot order food from outside. So you have to either order experience food or go outside to dine. Otherwise the stay was fabulous.

This is the MOST DISRESPECTFUL and HUMILIATING experience I have ever had in any hotel. I took a cold shower and pre requested towel to my room. After waiting for 30 MINUTES STANDING WET AND COLD and calling them 7 TIMES for just a towel and them lying yes will send in 2 mins THEY NEVER SENT IT. NOT ONLY DELAYED BUT ALSO NOT DELIVERED. the HOD of housekeeping is absolutely nice and genuinly regretted this experience for me but the staff responsible DIDNT EVEN SAY SORRY. INCOMPETENT. I was asked to forgive this experience but i have fallen terribly SICK with cold and cough which triggers other health issues.Ps - the hotel is actually good otherwise but this was extremely disappointing especially because i am a regular customer and this used to be my go to place. The level of disregard is apalling so I cant say how the first comers are treated.

Rooms and reception team are very Nice. Only following services need urgent improvements.1) Laundry services provide closes after 2 days2) Breakfast always come after 45 minutes.

The rooms were not upto the mark. The room smelled really bad and it was dirty. The bed sheet,pillows, carpet were in a pathetic condition and to top it off , the flush stopped working. You can get MUCH better rooms for the price theyre charging.

Booking this hotel was a bad decision. I have travelled across India and abroad and have seen better hotels than this for the price that I paid here. I booked a business room with breakfast and it was a terrible experience:1. The keycard was broken and the room did not open. Had to visit the reception everytime I had to go in to the room.2. The sheets werent clean and there were bedbugs.3. There was water flowing out if the bathroom after every shower. The kit was not fresh and the small shower gel tube was empty by two third.4. The electric kettle was broken and the TV wasnt working. Staff said it is how it is and they cant do anything about it.5. The hot water supply was only available during early morning. Reception said that this is how they regulate hot water supply.6. The free breakfast had very limited items which appeared to be from the previous nights leftover. Who eats onion pakoras and moong daal halwa in breakfast!! Absolute waste of an experience and Rs. ...money wasted booking a one night stay at this place. This hotel does not have any standards to call itself even a 3 star hotel.To all my fellow travellers, please avoid this place.

Arrival experience was still fine with me, there are many little points of detail in the room which is not up to 5 star hotel, even 1 star. Hotel overall design is boring, bad maintenance, as well as bad smell in room. Deluxe room shown were stinking with seeping walls which just was a bigger room with addition of Bathroom lacked hygiene and maintenance. Staff not inclined towards service with unprofessional attitude.This stay reconfirms my belief of only one other hotel worth staying in Dcorbiz Hotel

Everything is so dirty and unhygienic. We have booked this hotel because it was 3 star . But even in COVID-19 times, receptionist was not wearing any mask and the room is very unhygienic. We have asked them to switch the rooms, but still it was very dirty. The AC is making some weird loud noise every 5-10 mins. Like it is going to break or something. And the AC has also been emitting huge amounts of dust which is triggering my dust allergy. No one can sleep with such sounds. And now, we dont have an option to cancel our stay. I have never paid so much money for the worst hotel ever. There is even dried up blood on the telephone wire. Everything is disgusting and horrible.

We had an amazing experience, the food n everything was very good. We loved the room n its surroundings. But we think there must be a wiper in the washroom as the water cant drain. Otherwise, it was a good day for us.The staff was supportive..our all queries were solved also the person sitting at the reception was very humble.I would like to thank him the most. Ambiance of the room was fine though my friend suggested a stinking smell coming out of washroom. Prompt response I got from the management and it was cleaned and a room freshener was provided but what made me give a single star is the incident. I stayed with a friend and the next morning I left the hotel just for 20 minutes to see my friend off but quite surprising when I came back my room was visited by staff in my absence in the name of cleaning. When I came back I found the bed well made and other things from the flor collected and kept in a corner. Other of my goods were also kept at another place. It was completely a breach of trust. They surely own the hotel so the room but possession was with me and I paid for that. Im still wondering why staff were eager to clean my room without any request and that also by the time I was away. I again say that I was away hardly for 20 minutes. I dont complain of a theft or I didnt have any valuable item there but this sense of a detective curiosity of theirs made me worried. This place lack the basic behaviour of the industry.

All staff were very friendly and professional. All my guest from the groom side as well as from bride side were so happy with the amenities and services. Our main guest guest reached there at 01:30 a.m. in the night and at that time also the hotel provided delicious and fresh food to our guests they praised the dedication of kitchen staff. I would like to especially thanks to Mrs. Anchal Singh who was the first to make a true commitment of service to be rendered. And without the efficient team leader Mr. Karunesh Singh and his supporting staff Mr. Arvind Mishra/ Miss Taruna/ Mr. Subham/ Mr. Mata Prasad and so many performed their duty from the core of their ❤ for the happy ending of my sisters wedding from the hotel which started from10.12.2020 to 13.12.2020

This hotel does not deserve four stars. Hotel rooms are very dirty and fittings coming out, bathroom floors such that whole bathroom gets flooded making it very dangerous as water does not clear there is risk of slipping so you cant enter bathroom without getting it cleaned. In covid times never saw anyone sanitizing anything..They charged us more than the current rate charged at hotel and no action whatsoever against that platform. I was charged 700rs per day more. We stayed for five days. Many rowdy guests. We could not sleep for two nights because of banging doors and shouting in the corridor it stopped only when we complained on the third day but then a fierce fight took place at the back of the hotel and which ended only when police arrived. Some staff very discourteous though most were ok. No second key provided despite repeated request . Regular supply of water and tea or request for extra bottles had to be made at least twice thrice and never before at least half an hour was it delivered. Food is very bad .We ordered dinner once and regretted it as in matar paneer matar was raw. It seemed they had put raw paneer and peas in gravy and immediately sent it to our room. All guests were without masks . No distancing observed. Even when we left instruction at the desk that no cleaning to be done in our absence it was not adhered to. They kept us standing for 15 minutes despite the fact that we had settled the bill earlier only but both girls kept standing there and made copies of our check out bill in their own sweet time. It has the potential of being a great hotel but sadly despite being in a great location lack of proper parking and the right attitude this hotel is not worth staying.

Rooms are not what they look like in the pictures. Horrible service. They give you only two 500ml water bottles per day complimentary. Doesn’t matter how many people are there in a room.We stayed 4 people in a room and they said we’ll have to pay for water.The bathroom is horrible. Dirty mirrors, and the floor near the commode was dirty. The housekeeping cleans the room but not the toilet. The rooms are packed with no windows or ventilation.On the day of checking out, we requested for the daily complimentary 2 bottles of water, and the lady at the front desk said and I quote, “Sorry we cannot provide water today since you are checking out”.Absolutely horrible service. I have stayed in hostels better than this ‘hotel’.Avoid this as much as you can.

Hotel facilities are very awesome and their hospitalities are good. They serve very delicious meals but due to current pandemic situation I found very limited food option.
