They dont keep samsung TVs. I went to the store on 19th Jan, 2021. The staff was very polite and knowledgeable. I was attended by Mr. Pan Singh, who had knowledge of his job and was very polite. They had good collection of LG and Sony TVs.

After sales service is horrible they will charge you high with no perfect solutions and guarantee.Poor service.Caution-Buy Products at you own risk.

Hello guys ..... Please please be careful while taking any item at Sahu agencies, patrakarpuram, gomti nagar, Lucknow.. They usually cheat with a customer or they do fraud with a customer.... On June 2018 I have taken one Sony LED television ...the model is R30f having 4 stars but they have deliver me R20f having 2 stars and when I raised a question regarding this they denied totally and said sir u have ordered R20f so we have given to u the same item ...I have paid 22500/- as a check for R30f model not for R20f model and after giving check when I asked him to give me receipt they told sir u will get your bill after delivery ....Sir I request u guys please dont go to sahu agencies at patrakarpuram, gomti nagar, Lucknow.. Please please please... Be careful.. .They have done fraud with me for 3000/- and may be they will do with u also and may be they had done or have done with many more in their past.... So please....BE CAREFUL... I dont want u people to suffer just like me so please...THANKING YOU.......

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AT ANY OF THEIR STOREPathetic Service, most rude people ever encountered. Their after service is so bad. They talk rudely over the phone. And one person point blank refused to pass the phone over the manager.

I must say avoid it.. They charge subventions charges of bajaj fin serve to Customer if you choose to get it financed. Also initial communication would be as processing charge. Worst part is when we contacted owner , he wasn’t even bothered to even listen to it. Lame reply was ‘hum to aise hi Kaam karaten hai’...It’s simply enjoying the finance company offerings & also charging the subventions to Customer.Pathetic

A well stocked store with good service. Finding parking in the busy road leading to Patrakarpuram might be a challenge though.
