Pathetic service... Not giving a proper invoice after selling the AC..Only a kachcha bill sent by the rikshaw wala.. As per their commitment, installation needs to be done by the company but till date it hasnt been done.. After calling multiple times, today, after 10 days, when a guy came for installation, he dont have any helper and ask us to help him to fix it up.. When we refused to do and ask to bring his helper then on the revert he is saying Apne paise refrico ko diye hai, mujhe nhiDONT BUY ANY ELECTRONIC GOODS FROM HERE... I am regretting now.

Very unprofessional service and behaviour by sanchit Rastogi and their service team.I called them more than 10 time in last month for service my AC but every time they make false promises to me..

Bought 5 items ..Honestly speaking had a good experience initially..But after the lockdown , when items were to be installed, i was being avoided for a small reason like installation of geyser..Wont comment on quality of product as just started using it but i now doubt the after sales support for reasons best known to them..I will not tell to avoid the shop but dont be too sure of after sales support
