Worse experience from this shop! Unmannred staff. Dont buy anything from here or check must. Last time i purchased a mixture of rs 4350 and they didnt give any discount on it. After 1 month of when my friend open it ,she shocked, they give local product , which value is no more than 2k. Well after some arguments they replace that product.And some for argument starts when i said them to give it to me on current rate. Really disappointed purchase of my life.

They just say what they want. They promised to install my AC next day after purchase but it was installed next to next day. Pathetic service.

Non cooperative ,rude ,uncultured staff as you tell you are from defence n will take canteen privileges there behaviour changes as of they are paying for your goods purchased ..no parking at all for 4 wheeler....conjusted market....more options with better schemes are available in another stores....personally I never visited the store again inspite of having defence canteen facility.....I would prefer Walmart.....sahu agencies or may be online.....but not this one....

The prices are comparitively ok the staff also seems nice but the worst part is the delivery of the product there is no transperency on the amount charged for the delivery and the driver always pushes you to pay more than what the staff of the store qoutes while placing the order.In my case i had order a fridge which they promised to deliver by 4pm but it came to me at 10pm that too the delivery man came alone and asked me instead!! to arrange 2 people so that it could be taken to first floor which is highly unprofessional both for the shop and delivery perspective i mean then what is the point of getting it delivered i could have made arrangements myself!!
