Worst experience ever. I asked the shop if the medicine is available they said yes so I sent the swiggy guy there. When he reached the shop they said I have to buy all the medicines from the prescription when I said I need only one medicine they said then I dont have the medicine. Then I had to cancel the swiggy order and bear the cancellation charges as well.

I want to tell Vijay Singh First Class Magistrate to all the customers that if you buy any expensive medicine from Shakun Medical Store, then you must look inside the packet or inside the box while taking itOtherwise, like me, you too can be a victim of trouble. I am going to tell you the incident that happened with me. On August 15, 2020 at around 10:55 am I went to Shakun Medical Store Mahanagar Lucknow. I needed a wepox 4000 injection. I gave the empty injected cane with me to the employee of the shop and asked me to give it one injection. Since this injection is kept in an ice pack, two injections were given to me by the shopkeeper in the envelope with the ice pack. I said that I want two injections. Then they gave me an injection in an ice pack. I did not think it necessary to check the medicine there, keeping in mind the reliability of the shop. In the evening when I went to inject my father suffering from cancer and kidney disease, I found that there is an empty old box of injections in the ice pack, I went to the shop the same night and lodged a complaint and took my phone number and said Day before tomorrow you will tell me on the phone and check your stock and CC camera footage as well, and also said that he clarified that he had given me the new injection ice pack and the old empty box separately. Several days passed but he did not give any information. Again after a few days I called the number given on the website, on which he said that tomorrow we will check the video and stock and inform you. Neither has any information been given to me by them nor have I been shown the CCTV camera footage. Respecting your customer is an important point for any good shopper, but it is of no importance to them. If he is speaking correctly then he should have shown the CCTV footage immediately.Therefore, all of you are requested that if you buy any valuable medicine from Shakun Medical Store, then you must check it inside its packing so that you do not have to be disturbed like me.
