I went to Prakash Netra Kendra Gomti Nagar for OCT, perimetry and refraction on 22/09/21. At reception they directed me to go to basement and from there to second floor and again they directed me to go at reception for registration.They kept me waiting for 3 hours without registration and then they told me that today required investigations are not possible. Come on another day.I am 70 yeas of age with problems to walk.I have seen many hospitals but here things are worst.Behaviour of the staff is very bad and there is no grievance redressal system. No parking space and not adequate space in waiting area to sit.

Worst hospital I have ever seen @Shobhit chawla @ Rajat dhesi No proper management I am very disappointed with the service, they only charged money, Account department Anuj awasthi he doesnt know how to behave the customers.Few days back I visited to hospital for my mom retinal surgery. Doctor gave me date for surgery I dont know what was the problem to Anuj awasthi he was not ready to talk then I called the doctor and describe the scenario. Anuj awasthi spoke with the doctor then said ok go to basement for counseling. Next day for surgery I went to the hospital there was bill 70000 and 50000 was approved by insurance and they said you need to pay 11000 only I did not the why 9000 was charging by hospital I wanted breakup they said abi aap pay kro tbi surgery hogi we will give you bill. Anuj awasthi was not ready to talk to anyone on this situation he denied. Then I paid the amount and my mom surgery done now I am calling for bill they are not giving me bill Anuj is denying to talk. Being customer we have right to know the bill details. For that they charged 70000 is not a small amount. Because of Anuj awasthi pnk reputation is going down. I am very disappointed with his behaviour. Please help me

Dr. Amit sir a very fine Eye Surgeon. One of the best surgeon in all U.P

First of all you wont get the number to meet the doctor and once you meet them they will make sure you sit there for whole day and specially doc amit yadav is worse unprofessional illiterate in that hospital.Staff is pathetic god knows what job they have their as nobody does what they are supposed to do.Ill suggest go blind but dont visit this hospital. Expensive fraud and useless.

One of the worst eye hospital..they r just minting money..they use name of Dr Chawla..they will say that Mr Chawla will operate patient..but in reality junior operate in operation theatre..and they make matter bad to wrost..after sometime they say they have to operate again..again u have to pay..but result same..So I suggest dont get trap in this hospital they just mint money and even after that result will not show..

Dr Dhesi is a very good but the rest staff is very poor. Patients are treated like railway passengers in general coach. Dr is not available on time. You have to wait for 2 to 3 hours.Better to try somewhere else.

Very bad consultant There was a problem in my right eye. Dr. I treated for 2.5 to 3 months but the eye wound did not heal and was increasing with time, the eye was getting worse, there was a lot of carelessness with me. No change in treatment and no further suggestions ,,i got relief another Hospital

If you are taking Appointments then why are giving Token, Pathetic service It takes full day to get your Eye test. Management is poor irresponsible towards the patient.

Doctors are good but staff and management is not. Doctors never arrive on time. We have to wait for an hour for a doctor even though we reached the hospital at the appointed time. Doctors should understand that patient’s time is also very important.During this covid time, since doctors don’t arrive on time all patients have to sit at one place due to which no social distancing norms can be followed. Hope doctors see this review and give importance to patient’s time also.

Very bad at dealing with patients. People are treated like railway passengers by the staff, be is security or administration.Its really humiliation, you ppl must focus on this being a HOSPITAL, also no respect for elderly or aged, be it the way to talk, or general good manners/behaviour.We were told to reach at 8:45 and that Dr is available by 9... Its 10:46 and they have been sayin 10-15 mins since 9:30.Really saddened to see such response from such a good and known Eye Hospital

Great Service. My whole family eye treatment underwent here. All eye sight are great. Plus the Doctor and advice given are beneficial and betterment of patient. Best Eye Consultants available here as Hospital is totally dedicated to Eye Treatments.

Prakash Netra Kendra Lucknow is a God gifted hospital. I think this hospital would be the best hospital in Lucknow as my opinion. Staffs are also good, I have not faced such issues with the staffs during treatment. I m giving this reviews based on my eye witness. Specially, i wud like to give many 2 thanks from the bottom of my heart to Sir, Dr. Mohit Khemchandan and Sir, Amit Singh who treated the patient like his family and finally regained her vision from (Diabetic Retinopathy) total blindness around 98% of the right side. The patient was lost all the hopes of getting vision again which was rejected by Ayodhya Doctors and others. It is he who Sir, Dr Mohit Khemchandan and Amit Singh has given a new life. Once again i wud like to give many 2 thanks to Sir Dr Mohit Khemchandan and Amit Singh. God bless them and PNK.Finally, i wud strongly suggest to visit PNK for any types of eye problems. I mean one stop destination hospital.❤️❤️❤️👍👍👍

Staff working culture is very bad . They are not giving time to see/check patient properly.Doctor is also not giving time to patient to check properly. Better option for whole check up of eyes under one roof. All advance machines available. Management is good, staff is polite n helpful. Probably one of the best hospital in UP.Parking is only concern.

His way of dealing with the patient is unbearable. I would like to request you to please get his blood pressure checked and also want to bring into your notice that he is not fit to sit at OPD Registration/Reception. If you are good at stamina then only you are advised to go bcoz you have to run up all the floors from up to down fo the check up no facility at the same floor, any sugar patient would die put here. If he/she is given appointment for the tests

Naam bade aur darshan chote..However I went by a recommendation from a freind who had his surgery for cataract 10 yrs back by Dr. ChawlaAssistant doctors and componders were everywhere and no one cares for the one who come first as I hold the first token today and my turn came at 1:30 pm to meet Dr chawla whose behavior was so rude that Govt Doctors are much better..Apologies to myself that I went there..Neither I will visit nor I will recommend someone to visit that place.Oops I missed one important thing that Dr chawla found no symptoms for cataract in my eyes but he wrote drops to develop it and wanted me to see him after 6 months... Wow in reply I wanna say U CANT C ME EVER!!

Got rt eye cotract operated on 24 th oct. consulted dr on 9.11. as per dr no peoblem in eye but still i feel some etching in eye (kadkan hoti hai).also still some irritation in light .

Useless processes. Calls patience for a simple injection process of 2 min at 11 am. Dr. is busy in OPD. It is 1:30 pm and there is no sigm of response. On asking the Dr. He says he will go just now to OPD and it is already more than half HR.There was process of pre anethetic check, consent is taken but check is not done. On asking, It is told that it is already done. When it is not done. The anestheic doc. Is saying it is not required for the injection.. then why the consent form and why the process for the same in hospital?Anethetic is saying we are not charging for anethesia.. so .. What? Did we at any point say we will not pay for it.. you have already taken more the the usual cost for the injection as another place it took 5 k less. Then what is process.. is it all about money and nothing about process.Highly disappointed.

Not really worth it. I had an appointment around 10 am but it was not until 11:30 am I was called for. I believe rather than spending that much of an amount only to wait for hours is worthless. Id rather say that one must take out time for KGMU instead spending time and money here.

Going here for almost a decade.Good doctors,good diagnosis, courteous staff,clean hospital,almost everytime spot on accuracy in giving lens power.there is someone to guide you from where you are sitting to the doctor through the lift when your eyes are dilated.its a nice touch.but the consultancy fee is ₹800, that is a little high.and if u r going for just a routine check up its a bit much.the competition like eye Q is still doing at ₹400 and others at ₹400-500.this time the prescribed meds were economical to buy rather than earlier.keep prescribing affordable alternative meds rather than expensive ones.go there at evening its less crowded then.

Neve visit this hospital , I had an appointment with Retina specialist Dr. Shobhit Chawala on 17/10/2017 @ 2:30pm .On resecption I was then told that he has left urgently, then I decided for other Retina specialist in the same hospital. That doctor was ingaged in an operation at that time and I was told that it would take only 15 minutes to him to check me. But those 15 minutes took a shape of nearly 90 minutes. More over when I asked staff about the doctor they would only say 15 min bas . More over the doctor was too rude.I have been regularly visiting this hospital since 2002 or more and I always had appointment of Dr. Shobhit Chawala but rarely he checked my eye.Overall, if you are a student, dont ever visit this hospital, they will consume your money and time both.

It was very horrible and painful experience today from the hospital.I am presently posted at HardoiMy MRD is 84351. I told them at reception that I can not come to Lucknow daily. As I have some problems in my eyes I asked them kindly give me token for Dr Chawla. But they not only refused but also behavior was not proper. Feeling very sad and upset. Earlier Dr Chawla had seen me on same day@ 08.07.2017.Do not understand why from staff to doctor live in such arrogance? Why such abuse? Is this the way?Whether an officer or a normal human being, wrong behavior is unfair to anyone.
