I have seen many elderly people standing there from 6am in the morning for token. But they didnt get any .The staff is also rude.

Youll get government job, but will not get token here

Very unprofessional. Went for eye check up for whole family. The doctor focuses more on managing the tokens so that he can take care of as many patients as possible. He has kept local guys who will do eye tests. They have no idea what they are doing and everthing is done in a hurry.My mother was given wrong number because of doctor’s carelessness and focus on seeing as many patients as possible. She cant read properly after getting the specs. Complete waste of 3000rs and 2 days. Had to go for another eye checkup with another doctor for rest of us.

Although the doctor is very polite and experienced but his staff is very rude and ill-mannered.

Dr Tahir Zaidi is an able opthalmalogist with humane touch. He guided my wife well for her ratina problem and referred her to an able ratina surgeon for further treatment.

Doctor tests very quickly. Gave me wrong number. When went back with the specs the doctor gave another number. No refund was given for doctors mistake and clumsiness.

Very bad experience. The doctor has completely turned greedy and only focuses on seeing as many patients as possible.

Doctor has employed 10th fail uneducated compounders to run all the eye tests. Very bad experience.

Although Doctor is good ...But dont pays much attention to PatientsManagement is very irresponsible they lost my specs which costed me around 2500 rs. When I asked them to return they gave my a very cheap quality Specs frame..I would just to visit doctor but never buy Specs N frame from them...they often fool people ..and year back this doctor gave a wrong lens to my father and made him run up and down for a week.Very poor management....No words to criticize them... Shameful n irresponsible

Good doctor but bad staff

Dr. Tahir zaidi is very experienced and having latest equipment in his clinic and he is very humble in nature

Bakwas clinic and doctor is always seems to be busy in phone rather attending patients and also he is very unprofessional in his work.

Dr. Zaidi is one of the best eye specialists. But hes also a very righteous gentleman, and he implements the same righteousness in his clinic -- if your appt is for 11am and you reach the clinic on time, you dont have to wait in another queue, you can go in to visit him right away. While if youre an impatient person and you didnt take an appt in advance, no matter how serious you show your case to be or how big your purchasing power is, you have to wait for your turn -- so that the waiting patients dont have to wait longer. I wish all doctors were like him. Respect.You generally get an appt of 1-2 days ahead.The clinic also has a spectacles store that runs under the doctors supervision. Youre told to get your spectacles checked by the doctor when you receive it.

Does not pays much attention on patient...He diagnosed my mother with cataract and when we consulted other doctor it was not the case

Along with skills one also needs some manners, behaving rudely with patients will not be tolerable. This doctor misses that.

Worst management, stupid and ill behaved staff. Wont recommend to anyone.
