I visited this place, as COVID 19 vaccination centre. Burn ward is the main information centre here for vaccination males and O.P.D. for females.

Worst staff. My experience of getting my wife covid second shot turned out to be nightmare, the uncouth and unprofessional person who inoculated her, has injected the entire dose not once but times, reason being she was busy blabbering about other not so important stuff while giving the shot.As a result my wife suffered swelling in chest and painful arm for 8 continuous days.Upon which I seek medical help and found out the damn person chose the wrong muscle to hit the vaccine.My wife withered in pain and felt it from arm till down to stomach. Can you believe it, a hospital that has nice ratings can hire irresponsible and uneducated guys..Please be aware and ask the one supposed to inoculate you not to talk to others and focus entirely on for what he/she is being paid

Really good as a vaccination centre. I got my Covaxin dose about 3 days ago. Entry for vaccination is from GATE NO. 1 only... and then you have to take a token and fill the vaccination card, and youre good to go for your registered dose . Very clean and hassle free vaccination...you dont have to wait much in line - just reach on time for vaccination, preferably a bit early. Doctors and nurses were pretty good - efficiency as well as nature wise! They didnt allow any crowding and social distancing was followed.

Totally inconvenience and bad experience. The hospital staffs behaviour is unsupported.This hospital is for poor people but their is no hospitality.I request that please support them thay need your help.Please increase time for OPD as well as all checkup posses like x-ray, pathology ect.Thanks 🙏🏼

Staff behaviour very rude

I had a horrible service from this Hospital. I went today for Vaccination at Counter No#3 and at the time of verification power went and Computer shutdown. Then after 10-15 minutes power came and that computer operator starts computer and now NO Internet.After some time Internet came.Nurse - I have never seen this kind of nurse who are doing their Job with full of frustration, and also there is no respect to the person who is going there for vaccination. Even though Government is providing vaccination free of cost, however they are showing that they are giving from his or her pocket.I request government to give some training to these non educated people. I took vaccine on 26th June 2021 at ~ 4:00 pm.Vaccine were kept at desk after opening, and never kept back to cold box.....not sure how they managing at room temperature.....When power is coming and going.Terrible experience.

Went for 45+ covaxin second dose. Got the dose in relatively short time . Very unhygienic place with no social distancing. No directional clues, no guard, even the person at reception said yahin kahin line me lag jao. Staff was very unprofessional and downright rude, and the way they were treating uneducated people was pathetic.

This is the best center for vaccination..All the doctors and the rest of the staff are very supportive..I got the vaccine done yesterday and I had a good experience ..And the best thing that I found is that there is a lot of attention given to cleanliness. Everything was very neat and clean which is very important in this pandemic...

Please do choose other vaccination center not visit to this place too much crowd , not following social distancing and when we were in the queue waiting for our number they gave preferences to the known ones this is truly unfair. Im so disappointed.

The parking for cars is slightly ahead so dont worry. The road is a towing zone.

Mismanagement in Covid vaccination. Non cooperative staff.

The hospital has a good reputation and it has maintained it so far. The problem is that its way too crowded so the patients having breathing or anxiety issues might find it difficult here. The staff is also rude sometimes and parking could be an issue if the place is crowded.

I took my daughter for vaccination. But the staff is so bad.

I had a head injury.. went there at evening for treatment.. I didnt have to wait in line so quickly went in emergency room.. during covid19 pandemic was not crowded at all so I was comfortable to get treated.. all over it was good.

Doctors very skillfull and support staff is very supportive and hygiene is maintained.Also there is food available for the patient as well as the person staying with him.Special thanx to the Radiology department,very helful and supportive staff there and X-Rays are always accurate,Even digital X-Rays are available here,the only problem i faced was the number of beds are less and we face problems when we want our patient to get admitted.Overall the hospital is well equiped and a decent place.

This is the only district hospital of state government weather Ive found a lot of facilities for the every civilian. And theres no any bribery here as Id experience here. No hospital even super specialty hospital as well ever beats this in comparison of care and cleanliness. As I know this place and almost some of its staff members. The Sister incharge is so polite here for patients and sometimes strict for staff members if found even a single mistake. The doctors are so nice😎. Youll get here better facility for all kind of treatment. Even though theres different wards for different problems like burn ward, children👶👧👦, orthopedic ward, ICU, CCU, NIKU, General O.T. ortho O.T., 🆘emergency🚨, male medical, female medical ward, pathology, isolation ward. Andhere a ortho surgeon so impressed me Dr. Pandey Sir is so nice, as well my ideal. Thank you 🙏💕

A very good hospital for almost all type of diseases.Emergency services are also available.Drs of every specialty are available here from 9 am to 2pm . Best hospital for burn patient, all facility of burn patient. There is no curruption in hospital ,in present time, member of hospital and doctors , nurse, and other worker behavior is very good and satisfied in ward.

Good doctors but very crowded place. Hardly any space to park your vehicle. Due to large number of patients its very difficult to get your treatment in one day. Big operations are not done here as its having less operantional space so not a lot of doctors or equipments available here. Emergency service is available 24*7, beds are almost available. Located behind Lucknow zoo. First come first serve based hospital, early you will come, early you can have medicines and treatment.

Time taken in registration, Dr visit & medicine. counter & number of staff not sufficient as required or according to number of patient, above medicine counter fans reverse the ACs air.

Worst and irresponsible behavior of medicine distributor staff they abused me. While I was taking medicine of my father. Kindly take sufficient action against him. I am a respectful citizen of the state then how he dare to abuse me. But if you are a govt employee then you dont have to worry about any action because money is everything.
