In this covid scenario, no hygiene is maintained in the center. Center is messy and dirty. System was not working . Had to wait for 1 hour to get a single test and most important thing, i was the only customer there. Receptionist was v impolite and uncooperative. Better not to go in this center. Even none of the center employee were wearing mask. Highly disappointed and unsatisfied.

Parents gave covid sample 3 days ago and still awaiting result. Upon asking a person called Amarjit said that you can complain to the customer care for all we care. Such pathetic service and bad attitude at the Mahanagar centre that you should give it a miss. Please dont rake a risk by getting tested here.

They took the money and didnt gave the report. On asking they said that the sample was misplaced. Highly irresponsible thieves.

Reports are wrong and staff collect the blood in morning and reported afternoon and when ask staff about they reply very errogantly and not ready to retest
