She is horrible.only interested in making money with lots of test and medicines through her own lab and pharmacy set up. And then not at all interested in those reports.She will insist you to visit her clinic and then the whole game begins.her staff is so trained to make fool and fetch money .She will never look at your reports and listen to your problem properly..her only interest is to make money as much as possible. She never gives time and listen to the problem..every patient in the queue is just a cash card to her...you will loss your health, money everything there.i wish I could give her negative ratings

Total money making doctor, very rude and unprofessional, when I went to her I had my blood report ultrasound report and TVS report, which was done just one day before at time of meeting, but still she forced to get all the tested again on same day, all reports were same, as she has mentioned that 30yrs of experience india, usa , uk etc....what the hell if you couldnt tell the problem to patient on basis of that one day before reports, you treat all patients like whoever is coming to you all are billioners.

She is a good doctor but there is lot of mismanagement in her department. Plus she allows 3 patients at a time in her cabin which i feel is veryy wrong...there is no privacy..you have to discuss your problem in front of 2 other patients and also its very unsafe as it can lead to covid infection. Her assistant i feel is not experienced. There is no proper appointment system..they allow everyone in sitting area. They should allow only patients to come n sit in sitting area and relative should sit somewhere outside and when number came they can call patients name and ask relative to come and go in cabin...this way there will be some safety for covid.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr Neelam Vinay , First of all, I think she is a brilliant gynaecologist. But, what really makes her stand out is how she made me feel like I was her only patient and that she would spend as much time with me as I needed. The way she goes into detail of each underlined problem area, be its organisation of any test details or maintenance of any future tests which not only gives level of comfort to patient/attendant but makes them realise that you are being taken care by such a professional person.This pandemic situation is a nightmare when someone is going through maternity duration. Dr. Neelam and their staff gives proper advise to people so that people need not come unnecessarily to hospital and patient is at ease.During the complete journey after conceiving to birth of a child she does give proper note of each visits to patients which helps is guidance for each step of the pregnancy.She knows how to set an example with such a an advise if something needs to be taken care seriously and to be followed by patient. Also if patient is panicking for something which is not really important, she does proper counselling so the patient is at comfort. When I visited Dr Neelam for my first prenatal appointment, I was diagnosed with Multiple Fibroids in my uterus. I was explained in detail about the possible complications that could follow. I was disheartened but had high hopes from Dr Neelam and team. I took all the precautions that I was told to and kept moving forward with my pregnancy keeping full faith in Dr Neelams Medication and Advise. Good nature, gives patients sufficient time, listen and responds to queries. Clinic is well maintained. Pathology and Medicine are available right in clinic, so no need to run here and there. Apollo is trustworthy name, she is chief consultant their, so must be highly qualified as well.

Dr. Neelam Vinay is not very serious for the patient queries. Need to wait long even after taking appointment. She has very less time to see patients due to high volume of patients and less staff. In my experience Dr. Neelam Vinay is the dream healer any pregnant woman could wish for. I had elective c-sec under her expert guidance throughout my pregnancy up-till arrival of my little one. Before I get to my review I would like to mention that my wife delivered 2 Healthy Twins under the expertise of Dr. Neelam Vinay on 27-02-20. The way she took care of our pregnancy was just the way every couple dreams of as soon as they take their first pregnancy test at home.I know Its uncommon for a male to review for a Gynecologist but as a co passenger in our 9 month journey I am glad that we had Dr. Neelam as our Navigator.Twin pregnancies are usually high risk pregnancies and I was well aware of that but throughout our journey she made it easy for us by giving us tips that worked in our favor which reflected in the monthly ultrasounds reports. She is professional yet friendly, intelligent yet polite.One of the best things I noticed about her is that she is updated with the International standards of medicines. The supplements that she prescribed were just the things that my wife needed and not a single tablet extra. There were No Extra tests done or No Extra Complications created to scare my pregnant wife. Again, all that knowledge and care reflected in the monthly ultrasounds.Its not just that, she has a panel of doctors who are available 24 x 7 in case of any emergencies just in case she is not available. She even took care of the Room Category I wanted to book in Apollo Hospital where my wife delivered.Usually you hear horror stories of how Doctors try to scare you in big hospitals with some kind of complications but in our case she asked my wife who had just delivered twins to go home in less than 3 days. Also, my twins spent less than 3 hours in the NICU after the delivery and were in the room with us within 3 hours.Doctors see pregnancies every day but for people like us its a once in a lifetime thing and I wanted a doctor who understood this and I got exactly that in Dr. Neelam.IF ITS YOUR FIRST PREGNANCY AND YOU ARE NOT SURE ABOUT YOUR DOCTOR THEN LOOK NO WHERE ELSE.

She is the worst doctor we have ever experienced.Following symptoms has been observed:1. Lack of humanity2. Lack of common sense3. Lack of profile knowledge4. Lack of understanding5. Lots of misbehaviour6. Lots of attitude7. Lots of insensible talks.Reason for above assessment-She advise you to get lots of test which even she doesnt understand why she is advising. When you get the test reports she ask you - it doesnt mean at all. These all test are useless. Then she advise you to take another test which she again refuse to see the reports. Its all about to get test done and plans squeeze out your hard earned money anyway.Now if you are not well in a same scenario and request her to give medical certificate, she proudly quote- if i give u medical and if in any case you get dead other day, who will take responsibility. Hi my name is Shilpi Sharma a mother of 7 years old and just delivered a baby boy on 15th June 2020. I belongs to Delhi but due to lock down I had to stay at Lucknow for my delivery. I met Dr Vinay in my third trimester as I had to relocate city in my last stage of pregnancy. At first I wasnt sure about the idea of changing my doctor so last but after meeting Dr Vinay I was happy and satisfied. She really took care of all my problems and had always given the best advice.I delivered a healthy baby boy in Apolo Super speciality hospital, Lucknow. Her team there was very cooperative and skilled. I cant imagine if anyone could have managed to help me delivered in such ease. I am thankful to Dr Vinay and her amazing team.

I have come across Dr. Neelam Vinay last year when we came to India for a short visit and decided to have my childs delivery here since then we have been in regular contact of Dr. Neelam Vinay and she has been kind enough to explain me everything properly.In the start I was a bit concerned and worried as India is not a very clean and tidy country and was not sure about our decision by having delivery here but she made everything for us very easy and gave us the confidence to stick with our decision and go through the whole pregnancy here.She is highly professional, sweet and kind and I would recommend her to everyone, for me it was a great experience.

She is very very good doctor, ever seen in my life , she insist only on normal delivery , and builds confidence in pregnent mother to go for normal and explains the benefit of normal delivery.Nowdays its a trend that doctor instists only on cesarian delivery that, but Dr Neelam Vinay is totally different and insists for normal delivery and dont go for cesarian without and urgent medical need.
