My delivery went so smooth with Dr. Bhumika and her staff. Dr. Bhumika delivered our baby normally for us with epidural. I would really recommend taking epidural for normal deliveries. The active labour phase became completely painless for me after taking epidural and before I knew our baby was with us. It took only half an hour for the delivery to happen after taking epidural once I was well dilated. Dr. Bhumika really made my pregnancy and delivery experience happy and smooth. She was there for our care from the very beginning till post delivery. She is no doubt one of the best gynaes in town and you can trust her advice blindly. I had 2-3 fibroids, one was of 10cms for which I was suggested open myomectomy from every doctor I visited and tbh I was confused, it was then that my brother suggested Dr. Bhumika Bansal maam and I immediately booked an appointment with her in The Apollo medics hospital. Dr. Bhumika Bansal was so friendly and she was so genial that half of my anxiety was already vanished after talking to her. She suggested Laparoscopic Myomectomy which is far more safer and the patient is fastly healed. If it were in my hands I would give Dr Bhumika Bansal maam as many stars as I could out of 5. I find Dr Bhumika Bansal a negative person where i always find her talking about the repercussions and negative stats and doing over medication specifically subscribing the lungs booster injection to boost baby lungs and she would never tell you that it is an steroid injection though she has been actively monitoring the patient regularly. Post discharge when i go for a follow up, she treated us with no care attitude and made us wait for more than 2 hours though I have already taken an appointment and still she made us wait for 2 hours , though we tried to informed her multiple times that patient is feeling extremely weak.Cons -Average wait time 1.5 hrsNo concept of appointmentNo empathy for patientsNo personal careLike a good doctor following all the hospital protocols and generating great revenue by unnecessary follow up visits, ultrasounds and injections.Creating panic most of the times and always talking towards the negative side that what could happen if you do not take the required injections or you do not go for ultrasounds

My wife was suffering from H.P.V virus. Doctors diagnosed and advised her for Uterus removal surgery. We were searching for Laparoscopic surgeon. Nobody was ready to do Laparoscopic Surgery in her case. Every Doctor was suggesting for open surgery but Dr Bhumika Bansal did it. She visited her and she assured her that she will try for laparoscopic surgery. It was a great task because her bladder was densely adherent to interior surface of her Uterus, right ovary was enlarged, Cystic, inflamed and was removed with the uterus by laparoscopy. It took 4 hours and she discharged her within 3 days after surgery. We are very much thankful to her.

She is polite and knowledgeable, no doubt about that but it seems that C- section is promoted. Doctor should encourage the type of delivery patient prefer however medical condition will decide what to prevail. In feel they should discuss openly that what type of delivery is being planned which is lacking.

On my first visit, I was taken for ultrasound first.After ultrasound when I went to the cabin and saw her I was surprised. She was so cool and friendly during the ultrasound that I didnt believe she was the doc.2. During peak of Covid-19 when everyone, including doctors were keeping distance and wanted to have minimum interaction ,Bhumika mam used to allow spouse during ultrasound. This may seem small but if you are having first pregnancy and everything is new, having your partner with you makes a lot of difference.(I had horrible experience in another hospital during Lock-down.)3. In pregnancy we come across situations where we need some advise or clarification asap, those you can get answered on whatsapp.4. Her OPD timing is 4 pm to 9 pm but she rarely leaves hospital at 9. However late it is nobody has to return without the consultation. And she does not hurry, I have heard patients talking among themselves Itna late ho chuka hai phir bhi mam time leke dekh rahi hai, jaldi se finish kyu nahi karti. Such is her commitment and care towards her patient.5. If you have some problem and want to get immediate advise she will respond on Whatsapp and the end of the day.6. However late it is, after OPD she visits all her patients who are admitted and even there if you have questions she will patiently hear and answer everything.At the last she will say aur kuchh hai to batao.7. With her you will get complete treatment. Before her I had gone to another Gynecologist and my sugar readings were on higher side. Other Doc immediately asked me to visit diabetologist and the diabetologist asked to start with insulin. When I visited Bhumika mam, she told that its manageable through diet. I am happy to say I didnt have to take insulin during entire pregnancy. And my new born is absolutely healthy.8. She is ever smiling, cool and calm. Any problem you have she will explain in detail.9. Dr Bumika, is the best doctor i have come across and I am sure she is amongst the best doctors in town.During my first trimester I was infected with the Herpes Zoster Virus and I was worried about the well being of the child and had the fear of unknown. But Dr. Bhumika, with her sheer competence, induced confidence in me that helped me to take my pregnancy forward. She played a very important and crucial role throughout my pregnancy. Not only did she guide me thoroughly but she also helped me in uplifting my mental spirits. She is very cooperative, calm, and the most dynamic lady i have ever met. Every time i went to see her she gave me more time than i hoped for, which helped me soothe my nerves.Noteworty is the fact that she somehow manages to command the love and respect of her staff, which the staff passes on to her patients!So for us, it was like a double bonanza during the three days spent at the hospital for child birth!I love and respect her and will always be grateful to her through out my life.

Dr. Bhumika Bansal - best Gynecologist one can ever meet and she is Gold Medalist in her Profession as well. My wife developed some complicationstowards the end of our 9 Months Journey and you got to panic when its a matter of two lives at one go. Dr. Bhumika came as an angel doctor to us at the very last moment as the gynae we were initially seeing was out of town without any prior information and my due date was round the corner. We consulted Dr. Bhumika and she gave the right advice and encouraged me to normally deliver the baby. She was hands dwn the best gynae I’ve came across... very polite and very helpful and best at her job:) I highly recommend doctor bhumika for safe and proper delivery.

I had a complicated pregnancy Dr bhumika has handled my delivery and predelivery consultation very nicely. She has handled the case very confidently and best part was inspite of all the complications like GDM , High BP and previous IUGR pregnancy history she never let me panic and boosted my confidence that baby will be normal and she took best precausions without over medications. I would strongly recommend her to any one for a smooth predelivery and delivery procrdures.
