Its been 7 months since I began my treatment under Dr Vivek and hence its an apt time to share my views. I came to Diva clinic for a second setting of hair transplant by Dr. Vivek Saxena in July 2021. He planned a session of total 3000 grafts by a combination of scalp and beard hair. But during surgery with his surgical expertise, he was able to take out all the 3000 grafts from scalp only without taking out any hair from beard donor area. Also he implanted 200 grafts more than what was committed prior the procedure. At the end of the surgery, Dr. Vivek showed me recipient zone in a mirror and I found that the whole area which was marked pre-operation has been covered with good density and to my utmost surprise he returned me back 42000 rs. in cash saying that this is the amount we are refunding back since we have spared the beard area. I was highly surprised, motivated and inspired by honesty, ethics, moral values and integrity of Dr. Vivek Saxena.I was operated for 1st session of hair transplant by 3000 FUE 3 years back in 2018 with highly satisfactory results. I came to know about the clinic through internet. For a final confirmation, as soon as I rung one of my classmates who is a dermatologist, she said nowhere else but Diva Clinic shall be the best for any hair treatment including transplant. I took an appointment through the whtsap number. The reply was prompt and the appointment giving process was hassle free. The appointing persons attitude was friendly and there was enough flexibility to suit the clients convenience. I reached the clinic after an overnight drive but as soon as I reached there, my tiredness and anxiety melted away with the behaviour of the front desk staff there. The ambience was quite clean and peaceful. I was served with home made breakfast that came from Dr. Vivek Saxenas own house. To my pleasant surprise, I came to know that her mother has cooked it. Then I was given demonstrations of few skin markings and asked to chose between options of the hair lines and hair style I would like to keep. My choice was well helped by explaining the pros and cons of each. Then I was given two tablets of a sedative (alprazolam) and asked to change my dress. The room for privacy was well made and the attached washroom was well sanitized too. In the, OT there was hardly any unwanted sound or noise. After lying down on the OT table, I received an injection on my scalp that didnt feel more than an ants bite and after that I was in deep sleep till lunch hour. I was awaken for lunch which was again quite tasty, home made and wholesome. Soon after lunch, I again went on the OT table and my rest of the hair transplant procedures were completed by 5pm. From 9am to 5pm, this 8 hour period, I really felt like as if I have never took such a great rest in tranquility. They cautioned me that on 2nd or 3rd day, I may have mild head or facial swelling or headache but I didnt notice any such problem. Now, almost all transplanted hair follicle units have grown without any getting dislodged, am deeply grateful to the Surgeon Dr. Vivek Saxena and his team at Diva Clinic for conferring such an expertise at so reasonable cost.

Dr. Vivek Kumar Saxena is a doctor of commitment.Entire staff is very humble.Clinic and Operation theator (OT) are very well managed in respect to Hygiene and Cleanliness.It was my redo case at Diva clinic.Earlier in 2015 I consulted Dr.Saxena but assuming his charges were high I went to another doctor with low bugdet package for 5000 grafts. But the result was very bad. Only few grafts were transplanted. I was not satisfied with the result.But in 2020, I visited Diva Clinic to give myself another chance. All my queries were answered which satisfied me to go for a redo operation.Here in Diva Clinic at the time of operation the count of each graft is recorded in front of the client in the OT.I was supposed to be transplanted 4500 grafts, but due to the lack of quantity on donar area, only 4000 grafts were transplanted.In respect to that I was refunded for 500 grafts on my next visit. I didnt ecpected that. It was a surprice for me.Post operation---Doctor and his team were always there on calls to take care of me as I was an outstation client. They called me to know how I was doing after opaeration.After opetation I felt minimum pain which was negligible with the help of medication.Whole team is very supportive.(Doctors PA) has always a kind gesture toward the clients.Lets wait for result, that I will discuss after few months.

Well, I have to write this. After long wait I found a a Clinic for hair treatment in Purvanchal. I took PRP sessions there and I recommend this clinic due to following reasons:-1) well qualified and highly supportive doctor. I find comfortable in reaching him anytime. He gave me necessary consultation w.r.t. my hairs and I m very satisfied with my result.2) supportive staff and great management. I always got my all concerns solved in time. Never got to wait indistinctly at the clinic. They also solved my queries on phone too.3) PRP done by doctor himself, so I was assured about the followed procedure. No fooling there. ( Very important aspect as in many clinics in Lucknow PRP is done by support staff)4)hygiene was great everytime I visited and I was so assured about their hygiene and support that I took a session in August (when corona was rising rapidly in Lucknow) and returned happily.5) its a boon for people looking for guidance on hair issues in the UP. My travel charges to Delhi and Banglore was saved. Beware of quacks running in Lucknow.6) Sophisticated and advance machines.Only thing I can suggest in improvement of this clinic is that they can reduce their charges a little as hair loss is huge problem in this area and many more people can avail and afford such wonderful services.If u are looking for hair treatment near Lucknow, this is place to go.

Visit any other doctor, charges are at par with any a+ top class metro city doctor. Atleast they will care about you. Here the doctor is all full of himself. I have never used the word greedy but am sorry sir thats what you are. I was planned a 4500 graft surgery, done 4000 but he charged for 4500 coz I couldnt be there with my dad when the payment was made. Now money is secondary. He has ruined my scalp. I have a gaped wound behind about 7 inch long and 4 inch wide on my scalp. He takes all fancy HODs name of KGMC, I have visited them with my case n I was recommended either live with it or a balloon will be inserted and skin will be made to grow n then surgery performed again. Anyway that maybe my luck, but a highly irresponsible greedy over confident and delusional person is what he is. See all reviews are fake, only 1 or 2 reviews by each profile. You may improve your image online but offline your work is known. Am sorry to say but I regret I went ahead with you and then went in kind of depression when you ruined it all for me.

Around 2500 hair follicles is transplanted on my scalp. The transplantation was almost painless and blood less. Done by dr vivek Saxena mch with highly trained team in high tech modular OT equiped high quality German machines in very good and HEALTHY environments. 12 hour surgery end with with out any problems .lunch was arranged by dr vivek Saxena mother, thanks to mummy for such a nice lunch, also thanks to all staff and mr mansoor for such a nice behavior.

I got my transplant done here in December 2020, though I am yet to see the fruits of this labour, one thing I can definitely say that my experience in engaging with Diva Hair Clinic is utterly positive. I have recently got my hair transplant (19 October 2020) from Diva clinic. Dr Vivek Sexana performed my hair transplant. It took around 6 hours for his team for FUE hair transplant. Although I paid for 2000 drafts, however during the surgery, the doctor felt few more drafts are needed for a better look, and therefore, he transplanted around 2350 drafts. The best thing is he didnt charge any extra amount for those additional drafts.Pros- Dr Vivek Sexana and his staff are very friendly and polite.- He is very knowledgeable and gives the best advice.- The clinic is super clean, and, hospitality is good.- Staff and doctor are properly following COVID protocol.- The surgery was done in the least painful manner.- Provided home-cooked lunch and tea during the surgery.- Proper follow up after surgery and they called me for the next 2 days to know about my well being.- Doctor answers all the queries and has the patience to listen.- Doctor also provided me with his number in case of emergency.Overall I had a very pleasant experience with Diva clinic till date.Note:Please keep some spare time while visiting the clinic. Had an HT procedure done 1 month ago at the Diva Clinic. Doctor Vivek Saxena and the staff were extremely professional.The surgery was completely pain-free. As a matter of fact I was so comfortable that I slept for 3-4 hours during the procedure. Even post surgery I experienced no discomfort at all.Since I was travelling after a week of surgery and hence would not have been able come for a follow up in case of any issues, Dr Vivek proactively prescribed medications for minor issues like that might happen post surgery. He even gave me his private cell number and an hour everyday to contact him directly in case of any issues.I would surely recommend Diva clinic to anyone who is looking to get a hair transplant done.

The experience was beyond expectation...My father had a transplant amidst so many doubts and risks associated with the transplant . Its been 3+ months since transplant and everything is going smooth and more importantly as was told by Dr Saxena in advance.A solid recommendation for anyone who wants a transplant and has fear of sorts to visit Diva clinic once.

Very bad experience. Had a hair transplant with him. The doctor brags about himself during consultation in such a manner that it appears he is the best doctor there can be. But the results are very bad. Had a procedure for 4500 grafts, not more than 3000 grafts were implanted. And after about a year, around 2400 grafts grew. The procedure left a very big scar at the back of my head as he had recommended FUT. Also after the surgery, he is not very responsive. For follow-up after the surgery, he used to finally meet 2-3 days after the appointment was given. Also, the charges per graft are comparable to the best clinics in Delhi and Mumbai. But the results are not even half as good. Better go for some renowned surgeon if you are planning to go for such high cost transplant.
