I went here for the very first time at starting of this year, Its an official PUMA Factory outlet, Collection is top notch, Staff is very helpful and polite and best part it always provide discount min. 30 to 50% flat on all products, Must visit for buying sportswear

The staff was eagerly helping us find the right fit as per our preferences.They showed the relevant designs and were very promt in bringing us the corect sizes for trial.very cordial, polite staff. kept us informed.

We get better shoes though they can be defective as they are discounted.Overall one can see variety of shoes here.

Its a company (PUMA) owned factory outlet, not a franchise, not a private owned store, its 100% genuine, been there & purchased. Multiple collections in apparel, shoes, backpacks, socks. Ground floor for Mens, Boys, First floor for Womens, Girls.Every sizing and discount range has separate section (tidy / sorted display)Just go & shop.. Or else everything is getting out of stock, quickly..

Worst staff ever.The store manager Alok Mishra is not there for selling products, he is a joke of a manager who is refusing to return the product if not fitting. He is the rudest manager I have ever seen in my life who does not know how to deal with customers or even talk. In times of covid he is asking customer to try the product in store which has been worn by someone else and not been sanitized. Ignorant People like him are the main reason covid is spreading . If I had an option I would give alok Mishra negative ratings and star. I suggest not to bother going to this store ever
