Its a bad review from my side to the md of the company, customer are not treated good by staff, for a single test drive of xuv700 they took 2 hours and after that when chance came they said its time to packup 🙂

This is the exclusive show room of Mahindra four wheeler, where all product of the brand is available. Services and staff is too good. Price of the wheelers are also competitive. The Scorpio brand is very popular. One need to book some wheeler as they are not available immidiate. Loan facilities are there. One can pay maximum 1.99 lakh cash rest must be in the form of cheque neft etc.

Worst experience.the agent kept on delaying the booking and the test drive promised.He gave us a slot for the test drive but was absent himself when we reached..when we tried to reach him,we were told to come the next day...The people over their showed least interest in explaining the needful documents for buying and were illmannered.A very disappointing experience in one of the trustworthy brands of India where people come just because of the faith that is running through generations.

Very bad service and they dont provide full parts of the car like music system they promise to provide in week but that never happens and they dont pickup call afterwards. Never purchase from here

Prominent business centre dealing with prestigious Mahindra and Ford cars

No customer satisfaction service. They took more than 3 hours to fix the hsrp and to activate the fast tag. Services very poor

Highly useless staff and services. The car service centre was already pathetic and now the sales office is also highly pathetic. The call centre number never responded. I called 9 times and each time the same was busy. On reaching there the receptionist said to bring hard copy of HSRP receipt.(they dont have even printers in premises) . Had to go 1 km for print. On bringing the hard copy the receptionist told the HSRP is in locked room cant be fixed today. She made me walk 1 km to hear this. She was SORRY. If Sorry could return my time, fuel and energy loss due to 1 km walk then accepted else I am the biggest donkey to have gone there.Please Keep the HSRP plate of mine with you and frame it on your display.If there had been option for giving -ve star. I could havePlease friends worst dealership of Mahindra. After sales service is the WORST in the UNIVERSES,😤😡😠

Cant give even half a star , sat for half an hour before someone found the time to ask us what we wanted ? wanted to immediately buy a kuv 100 , but the staff was reluctant to tell us about the vehicle or get us a test drive .... i suppose you are doing well so you dont have to worry about customers walking out ... asked to give us a test drive the next day .. but everyone was too busy tospare the time .. so walked into the neighbouring ford show room an picked p a ford !! well is this your strategy , to seem not interested in mahindra ,so one can go and buy a ford ... left a very sour taste , will recommend all those interested in mahindra ,to give this show room a miss.. the staff behaves asif they nare paying us to buy the vehicle !!this wason 18/19 of may
