Rishita Developers Pvt Ltd is good builder but dont keep the promises given at the time of booking & cheated in name of maintenance

Project is good but few of their staff is inefficient and ill-mannered. They are short tempered and dont know how to talk with customers. Once you invest there and then their behaviour changes ,if you can bear this misbehave, then the project is definitely good.I have given 3 stars not to the project,but due to rude behaviour of staff.
