Good service centre for Vodafone in lucknow.Quite place with well trained staff💯

Professional and soft spoken staff which understands the responsibility towards the consumers.

Located in main sapru marg. This store now even handling issues related idea network and sim. Staff ia very friendly and polite. They provided me full support and service in reviving my idea SIM. They are even open on Sunday for some emergency services.

Pathetic service, yesterday I went there for reissue my idea sim but they didnt reissue my sim apart from this they forced me to take vodafone Post paid connection by misguiding me. Im going to file complaint on twitter for this service center on vodafone page.

I had gone their with a idea sim related issue.Although I got attended in about 20 min , the executive said that since their mailing system is not working properly they are unable to process my issue at that given time.And asked me to wait for 24 and check weather my issue is resolved or notIf not then I have to visit again on the next working day !I think in todays world , such excuses like mail not working .. wait for 24 and see..... that too from such a big brands like Vodafone and Idea , is not digestible!!!I expected a more definite and confident response, if not a solution...

This Vodafone store is now available for idea customers also. Location of store is very good. Customer service is good, But little bit slow. Few representatives are very good at their work. You will get 100% resolution of your problems. Automatic ticket will generate when you enter all detail in machine. Nice atmosphere.

I was foolish to post a great review so early. Work is not done even after months. Just visited to change my 3g sim into 4g. Even that work was not done by that staff. They gave me new sim but that is not 4g. They have not done their part of work. Even customer service is not ready to lodge complain. This is the reason why customers are diverting from Vodafone. They are not receiving good services even after being faithful to you.

In this lockdown period people avoide cash payment but they dont take card payment .

This center is on sapru road near by dominos ..there is a paid parking small..2 vehicles..notvfor car.better came here from bike as no parking there.Its a token system store.Good strength of employes .

Non cooperative staff... Acting like bosses... I took five connections in my name but after some time they cut one connection saying papers are not complete whereas all connections were supported by same documents. 198 suggested that they cant do anything and suggested me to visit the store. Server was not working at the store. After waiting quite some time I requested one person to collect my documents for reverification. He obliged. But my connection switched on after 4 days. Pathetic...

Service quality is not good since queue management is pathetic. They do not act fast when there are so many people are waiting outside. However aadhaar updation request have separate counter and its done one time

Only name of Vodafone makes it good but persons are too lazy..When I purchase a sim card from here..They did not activate it at that time I have to go other time to start that sim..

If you going for regarding sim port. They always force you for postpaid sim. If you will decline the request. They will say there is no prepaid sim available. This is worst service ever.

This Main store in Lucknow do not deserve one star also...can any body imagine that in todays cut throat competition ,Vodafone main store at supru marg does not have internet connection for activating reissued sim card for its loyal customer who is travelled from mumbai and want his lost sim to be activated in Lucknow.Three times i went there, once they lost my form, next time their internet was not working and third time visit also their internet was not working... its a joke.I have four Vodafone connections downgraded from 10 connections .... I being a loyal customer since it was once called ORANGE ...THESE NEW BEES NEED TO TAKE THIER JOB SERIOUSLY.NO INTERNET connection IN A TELECOM STORE IS A JOKE...TAKE TWO MORE BACK UP CONNECTIONS FROM OTHER VENDORS,ONE JUST CANT STOP DOING BUSINESS.All the best to you guys.

This is a Vodafone for vodafone customers service and new connection of prepaid and postpaid.

They do nothing, all the employee busy with their own phone. U have to wait for 20 minutes atlest
