Im in sbi branch today 25/jun/2021workers here are so rude, talk with my mom very rudely and process of working here is also very very bad.i came here for pension loan, they said that the loan procedure will complete in 2 hours butnow today when i give my all documents and filled from, they says me to wait for 4 hours just for a sign. i am waiting here from 12pm and now its 2:46pm. the workers are very very very careless for costumers.Im just done with them, if you are thinking to open an sbi account Dont do that.#RidiculousService #Sbi

Worst experience. Be very atentive while taking loan. They process wrongly. Afterwards you have to suffer. SBI worst.

My wife went there with request to change mobile number and issue ATM Card two times in a gap of 15 days , they assured to do the same but till date they not resolved my wifes issue. I am living out of state. My wife have not ATM and registered mobile number due to this she is disturbed.Very worst Service. Management should change whole staff immediately.

Very poor service. I am visiting from 3 days for updating my kyc but not done till now. Even a little task takes too much time because of lazy and irresponsible employees. Very disappointing.There is no value of customers time and effort.

Rude behavior of staff at all levels. Almost no sense of accountability. Senior management report their absences to customers through the security staff, while being available in their respective sections. This clearly shows lack of empathy. It took me three days to reach to the section officer for a two-minutes work. This happened despite the section being free of customer load. Even if they genuinely take a leave, they should either deploy a substitute or at least give a clear idea of when they might be really available. But as said, no sense of accountability or empathy.

Very rude works in this bank and never helping employee and guard all are very rude behavior treat there customer like there personal servant and they cant gives what I need if we need 2000 they said you will withdraw at least 5000 to 10000 in short they are very rude and bad they dont deserve 1 star also

Even Minus 1000 rating would be high enough for this Bank not to talk of even a single star rating that they have made compulsory for sharing our experiences !!!!Went there to get my car loan account closed. First their system failed to show my last EMI that had already been deducted by SBI via ECS from my Allahabad Bank Account. So they gave me a higher closure amount which I unsuspectingly paid through a Check. Later I found this anomaly from my Allahabad Bank statement. In simple language, this is cheating of the customers!!!!So I went to inform them. The guard didnt let me to go inside on the pretext that the server is not working. When I pleaded that my work has nothing to do with the server, he pointed his service weapon at me with choicest of abuses !!!! I could have filed an FIR against him but chose not to do so as I was getting late for a very important meeting in my office.I visited the branch again after 2 days and this time informed the staff about the miscalculation. After making me to wait for 2 hours in the hall, while there was no other customer in the loan section, I was told that they are paying back the balance amount through a check, which I can get only by the next day.On the next day, the check was yet not ready. I kept on visiting the branch for 3-4 days continuously when finally I was handed over the check. To my utter surprise, the check mentioned only my sir name without my First name!!! Now after 15 days they say that the lady who is supposed to make this correction is on leave.Many of our friends here have written that the footfall in this bank is very high. My view is that for even simple works requiring hardly 5-10 minutes, when these blots make customers visit the branch repeatedly 10-15 times, then it appears that they are catering to a large number of customers while actually they are only harassing almost all of their customers.The bigger disgust is that one cant even report this bad service to the Banking Ombudsman on RBIs website as the name of this branch is not listed there!!!What an utter disgust are these employees in this public sector bank!!!!God forbid, I am certainly not going to enter into any transaction with this Bank for ever !!!

Go to some other branch instead of this one , if you want to save your time else its a good picnic space.

A humble request to govt give SBI employees training of manners as well as work and teach them that SBI doesnt belong to their FATHER.

A well organized bank that supports all the banking facilities.The bank has 2 ATMs and a cash deposit point outside the branch separately.To remove the chaos passbook printing machine is also available.A green channel is also there for fast money transfer.The bank has 8 counters in all.

Worst bank staff i have ever seen in my life. They dont even have manner to talk to customer.

Sbi chander nagar clerks and staff is too lazy and negligent to work. They have their own works to do and customer rating is lowest in this branch. Nobody goes 100%satisfied from here. This place is sometimes overcrowded generally in first week of month. People generally avoid to visit this place. Whenever I went there there is always faces of the customer filled with anger and bad slangs. This place generally opens at 10 and closes at 5 pm in thr evening. There is also a parking space in front of the bank
