Slowest bank of the planet award goes to this bank. Incredibly slow. Employees get changed but attitude of each new employee is slow slow and slow. Im sure any one will not find his work complete related to the bank at one visit. They will order you to come later, or come with this thing or come with other excuses. I was there to update mobile number in my mothers account. I was in the bank line for about one hour. I had all documents like pan card adhar card bank pass book. The employee refused to update it he told me to bring account holder. But what if account holder is not available in the city or country??

Fine ,Not so good as the employees here behave in a rude manner .They treat as the are the only one who are educated and superior . Bank ko apne papa ka ghar samajhte hai .They make customer run behind them and irritate customer very badly even few customer have beaten one of the employee here after which they work properly to some extent .I think SBI is much better than this bank .
