Pathetic organization. These people are very unprofessional and very ill mannered. They dont even know how to talk to customers, a female employee was very rude when we called on her number she gave in her official visiting card. Please dont give a visiting card if you dont even have manners to talk to a customer.I have done a fixed deposit long ago and i want to redeem it which these people say that its not possible. What does it mean? Is this organization a fraud or what.
