Very poor construction quality. Builder is not trust worthy. They never fulfill their commitment. Taken money in the name of car parking and maintenance but never allot car parking and never maintain the flat. Even when the complaint is made nobody take care.Most unprofessional builder and very poor services. Only loots the hard earned money in the name of electricity connection, car parking, maintenance etc. Never purchase anything from this builder.
