I deposited in advance 5 lakhs rupees to them for buying the house but they constructed nothing even after one year.When I demanded refund, the owner Mr. Udai singh gave me 3 cheques and all the three cheques bounced. Within the time period of 4 years he gave me some money in my account but still 1 lakh 65 thousand rupees is still pending and since one year he is neither responding nor returing my money. He is fraud. Please dont buy property from him. They are fraud and robbers
