KVC, a better employment performer should give hike to staff values, your HRs, and workers working there. Make your conduct more professional, satisfying salaries as per performance. I have noticed it that whenever someone makes approach to the HR team everytime he or she is different.I have also noticed that you keep changing your female staff but the male staff remains the same.Why is it so? I would like to share my experience with KVC. I was not said to do so ...but Im posting this review because i want that everyone should know about the work they are doing without charging any fee..yes you heard it ri8...its a consultancy which hires required candidates for MNC companies... I applied for multiple positions in Amazon...but was not getting any response ...i dont know what went wrong....but one day suprisingly, i received a mail from KVC stating that they are hiring for AMAZON that too for work from home...and then they conducted a session explaining us what will be the process and everything...i attended various assessments which included written , voice test , cultural fitment and also virtual job tryout and after that i had few more assessments....the process was explained to us by KVC like how many assessments will be there and i already attended many such assessments so it was like a piece of cake for me....after completing all the assessments , i was given the Letter of Intent followed by appointment letter and i also receieved my DOJ .....the process was soo smooth that i didnt have to go anywhere for any round....everything was virtual and i attended all sessions and rounds from the comfort of my home....i have no words to thank KVC enough....you guyz are doing a great job during such a critical time... And this means a lott to the newly graduates who lost their opportunitu due to the pandamic....i would like to thank MISS NAZIA specially....cuz she was soo polite and kind to me...i used to ask her hundreds of qsns and sometimes very silly ones...but she used to reply me very politely...she didnt got irritated even a single time....and on top of that....when i got the offer i msgd her saying thank you i got shortlisted and my date of joining is also given to me....she replied me happily saying that Im happy for you...just work hard and all the best for your future.....she treated me as a sibling and was so supportive....i would like to say a big thank you to KVC and Nazia mam...for supporting me... The Consultancy is Awesome and well equipped with all the facilities, AI along with concepts that are brought in by us by experience finds exposure to the fullest but again it depends on the type of lead you get because my lead happened to be a non linear less knowledgable towards her work profile assigned and there was no work segregation, no proper audit, no recognition of talent but however I respect and thankful to the KVC consultants or email felicitatations.thanks to Sana Maam.

I dont want to write anything Bad but what they did is totally wrong, they made me mention their name on Reference but, when I was calling them continuesly, they dont even bother to answer.Not happy.
