This store is very famous in Alambagh area. It consists all type of electronic gadgets. I bought Bluetooth headset today. I got at reasonable price. Location is good but parking problem. Wide range of mobile available. But you can get all items with heavy discounts. No bargaining. Customer service must be improve.

An sales rep. at the store misbehaved with my mother whos around 50 years old. Though I gave him a piece of my mind, the experience still remains to be bitter.

The product range is really good.No bargains.Customer support and services are really bad.The employees have literally no idea about what products are being sold in the store. I recommend you to go inside search for the place where products of your preferred company (or company) are available.The way the workers talk to customers is not acceptable.

Worst store. It is with extreme disappointment, dissatisfaction and distress that I am writing this. I visited your store in Hazratganj, Lucknow, 10 Ashok Marg, on 21st October, 2017, with an intention to buy a MacBook Pro and 43 inch Smart TV. I was told by the store manager, Mr. Lalit that the TV had the most recent Android OS, which I found to be untrue, after I did some research on internet. I am still wondering how can a Manager of a store convey wrong information to customers? However, after further discussion, Mr. Lalit quoted us a price of 34000/- on EMI, with 1% rate of interest. Mr. Lalit, after taking the required documents and making us wait for more than two hours, said that you have to pay the downpayment of INR 14500 and the instalments of INR 2800 something, for 8 months, when I calculated everything the final bill came to be more than INR 37000.When I told him that the MRP was INR 35000 and we have been promised for INR 34000 at 1% rate of interest, and that I was being overcharged by INR 2700 something, he replied that if you dont have the money to purchase, why did you visit the shop. When I requested him to be polite and speak properly to customers, he replied back that not all customers deserve to be treated properly. Seeing that he lacked the manner of talking to customers, I requested him not to proceed further with my order, however, seeing us cancelling our order, he said, using abusive words, which can be roughly translated to, Fools! If you didnt have money to buy, why did you come here.When we requested him to mind his language, he said that we should keep our mouth shut and should leave immediately from here, else, he would get us thrashed. This is really disappointing and sad. If we, as customers dont feel safe inside your showroom, how else are we going to shop. How is Mr Lalit, who doesnt even know how to talk to customers, have been appointed as a Manager of the store? He abused us, threatened us and all because we didnt allow him to cheat us. I am really sad with the treatment that has been meted out to us, I am never going to purchase anything from your store and would share the same amongst my relatives and friends.

I bought a voltas water dispenser, on 13th sep 2017, I paid Advance money too. I have not got the water dispencer yet.They say that for home delivery but so far I have found something, I called many times and did not care about the foot on the shop ...very poor service

The people here are cheats, just to make a sell they mislead you. I bought a Samsung TV in October and they marketed an offer to me which was that if pay with SBI card (any card! I confirmed), I shall recieve ₹2500 cashback.When I didnt recieve any cashback and followed up with them, they discreetly denied having given any such offer. Upon argument, they accepted that such an offer was only on EMI purchases on credit cards. The question is if you run such a big showroom with great profits , what is the need to resort the such lies to make a sale. If I m ready spending 40k, Id definitely spend 42.5k as well. There is no need to make false offers.Also, the agents here should be more respectful towards customers. My mother didnt understand the difference between credit and debit cards (possible, right?), they mocked her for that. This is very insulting.The owners should make sure that they recruit the right people. After all, if you want to continue making profits, you have to ensure best customer experience too.
