I bought new dell inspiron recently. I was told that its battery will last for more than 6 hrs but it lasts for 2-3 hrs in normal situation. No help was provided once I complained about it even the sales person was misbehaving who was extremely polite while selling the laptop.Extremely poor service despite having so many stores. Extremely unprofessional/incompetent staff. Go on your own risk.

Irresponsible behaviour and a terrible service. I had ordered a power cord for my laptop charger and was told that I would be able to pick it up the next day at the same time but the next day when I gave the store a call, the employee told me that she forgot to order it and that it slipped her mind.
