Worst experience.I have visited the store number of times, and I was always overwhelmed by the sincerity of the store workers, but this time, I am so disappointed, about why I chose to go there.I shopped some clothes for my niece on 14/09/2021 ( Annu Ji ( as mentioned on the bill) helped me select the clothes), there was size problem in one of the sets, so I went to return on the next day, that was 15/09/2021 ( Shivam Pandey ( as mentioned on the bill) helped me).On 15nth I brought two hot pants for my sister as well.But one pant was L while other was M.So I went to the store again to exchange the pant with size L and to buy jeans for myself, on 19/09/2021But, this time it was a disappointment.As I entered in the store, I showed the bill, and the worker there was checking it.Suddenly Mr Shivam Pandey appears in front, and says ये मैडम पहले ही दो बार बदलने आ चुकी हैं कपड़े (in disrespectful tone), then I was like, नही भैया ये मैं सेकंड टाइम आई हूं चेंज करने( I was embarrassed).And then the quarrel started.I told him to check the bill for the dates, but he was like, he knows everything.I would like the owner of the store, or the management there, to check onto this, because it may look as a small thing, but it has affected my preference.Now I will have to think several times before going in your store. I will not be recommending your store, to my friends, because of the embarrassment, I had to deal today.I planned from home, to buy jeans for myself, but my encounter with your disrespectful worker led me to not purchase the jeans from your store.I will like you to look into it.Thankyou
