Store doesnt give any discount while store in other cities give same app discount at store too. They also dont give gift coupons. I wanted to give gift coupon to my friend. But they dont provide.Better purchase online. You will get more options and good discounts. Staff are rude and unprofessional.

Nice showroom professional staff. Good experience.

Great collection excellent service from akash verma.

Great service by nishi and good collection

WORST STORE EVER ...GUYS DO CHECK THE ONLINE STORE BEFORE VISITING THE RETAIL OUTLET... THEY ARE SELLING THE SAME ARTICLE WITHOUT OFFERING ANY DISCOUNT; HOWEVER IF U WILL CHECK THE ONLINE STORE THERE IS A HUGE DIFFERENCE IN RATES. EVEN THE STORE MANAGER WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL... ACCORDING TO HIM CUSTOMERS WHO VISIT HIS STORE ARE FOOLS.

Firstcry store is in Indira Nagar, Lucknow city Uttar Pradesh..Huge store for babies..you will find everything you need for your baby like garments and accessories (hairbands, socks, caps, etc) for both girl & boy..not too expensive..and quality is good as compared to price..all types of clothing western or Indian, winter wears, jumpsuits, t-shirts, frocks, etc..varieties of toys, walkers, infant beds etc..Staffs are very cooperative and humble in nature..they assist you in shopping of your choice..polite welcome and thanking near the main gate till the completion of shopping..Do visit once if you want something new and different for your baby in your budget😊

Worst behaviour of staff, after sales service is zero.

Pathetic store manager. Training his staff how to fool customers. Worst Customer Handling.

Good collection a lots of varietys and good service..

Wide range of variation for kids Products.Good

Always low on stock and looks like FirstCry has stopped sending supplies to them. Very poorly managed. Staff if focussed on making sure customers leave the shop empty handed as soon as possible.Check online or other first cry stores
