Very Poor Service Quality And Fare Is So High.

Office of Reginal manager of UPSRTC. The place is like normal old government offices with old furnitures, slow fans, untidiness prevails all over.

Its not a bus stand its an office thats old, rugged and need maintainance and renovation

UPSRTC needs to improve there service toward passengers equally. As they have couple of bus services available but they are not focusing for all. Actually they are only focusing n Volvo bus service but if you will look at the passengers who use to travel in ordinary buses. They are facing big problems like they get looted on dhabhas (RESTAURANT). Due to higher and non transparent rates of meals and packaged food beverages etc . Condition of buses are getting wort day by day. Even in Janrath bus service curtains are become like Pohcha (floor cleaning clothes) full of dust and other problem are still there. If ill write everything for review it will take my more time. so i dont want to waste my time. UPSTC needs continuous improvement and it could only happen after good management.
