The service was quick and the workers were polite. If there is any document which is incomplete, there is a photocopy shop right next to it. Overall the things are easier if all the processes are done online beforehand.Although the RTO transport nagar is much bigger and crowded.The place is open on Saturdays as well except the second Saturday

Staff is helpful,but just like any other government office, internet issue was prevelant..

Some of the staff members are very rude and uncooperative. Please make sure that you know each and every thing before going there.

Worst government run office ever. Cant be avoided if your DL is assigned here. Make sure you have extra cash handy if you have to get any work done at all. No one honest works here, its a place to make quick buck by babus.

CUSTOMER CARE DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE AND THERE IS NO OPTION ON WEBSITE TO UNSELECT THE SERVICE.THEY DO IT SO THE PERSON WILL CONTACT BROKER AND THEY GET THEIR PART OF MONEY. CURRUPTION

Badly maintained office, no access to building from main road, for DL they need Class10 marksheet, while this is not required /mentioned in the requirements in online.

Horrible experience . Typical government office. The officers will upset you on the smallest issues , ultimately forcing you to take help of the agents . Shame !

Only for lucknow resident. If other district resident are applying for licence they will reject .

Not very convening, working is not at all smooth. If you are getting it done by your self, you need lots of patience and time to get your work done

Not up to the mark

This is the ARTO office of Lucknow. Earlier it was located in Mahanagar Lucknow. Now it has shifted there. The government of india made appreciable efforts by services through online. Good place and good services. Bad thing is that still Broaker exist here.

Touts all over the RTO, seems like they are the authority. Worst RTO I ever saw. They dont even work seriously and keep files as pending.

Work gets done through touts. Other options are long tedious which may require 2-3 trips to this out of the place.

Very good RTO Office for driving licence

I did most of my work online. Staff was coperative.

A public office. Touts rule the place. Procedures are lengthy. Touts know the shorter way for any procedure. Pay the price and get your work done in matters hours.
