Very nice place. U will get buses whole day for different roots. Everything was OK but need some more cleanliness and hygiene.

Place is fine.i got the bus on time But I saw that there was a lot of filth in many places. There didnt have a dustbin nearby. Cleanliness needs attention

Kaiserbagh bus stand is very bad public place... If you have emergency then also think 100 times to go there. Most of the people are drunk there. No management. Very bad experience

Review dt 20 Sep 2021- Good number of buses. Route to bus station is extremely crowded. People lack sense of mask wearing in present covid.

Earlier Kaiserbagh area is quite better but now a days, its ridiculous due to the construction level through PWD is worst like more than 3 years have been passed but construction of the road is on worst level. Shame on the government.

If anyone wants to go here from railway station. strictly avoid negotiable Auto. only use pre-booking services. Auto drivers are worst human beings. They will negotiate on something and after reaching destination demand for more and will do drama in front of public to extort money.

Awesome bus depot of lucknow...The depot is well equipped with all rhe necessary requirements such as canteen, drinking water, waiting area.And not only well equipped but they also take care of the maintenance and cleaning of everything time to time

A bus stand of Lucknow where u can take buses for delhi , Ddn, Haridwar, Hardoi, Sitapur and many other places which u want. But there is a problem for Bareilly passengers almost 2 and a half hr I cant find bus for bareilly .

The bus stand is very nice and the atmosphere inside the bus stand is also very good, you get Air-condition inside the bus stand.

This bus stand is a busiest bus bus stand of Lucknow here are 16 plateforms for bus arriving and departing each plateform is for some or several stations.Waiting lounge is good to sit abd wait to bus.Tea and snacks are available inside waiting hall.

The second top busy bus stop in Lucknow 😎. Easy entrance with secure parking , little under constructed roads👷 , u can find the buses of routes covering Sitapur, Lakhimpur, Gonda, Bareilly and the area in btw them (both UPSRTC janraths and Locals).

Best connectivity for west UP and Delhi both AC and non AC buses

The bus stand is well marked and with stations also properly marked with marker boards well lit. The area was clean and at night also the area was getting cleaned. The enquiry was functional with people assisting when approached. The toilets could not been seen but the smell filled the place. the bus drivers and helpers may need a little workshop and police implementing strict discipline for proper parking and marshalling of buses. A good experience overall. We should thank the state government officials for all the good things and will request them to work out the not so good things!!

Buses for Eastern UP like Bahraich, Gonda, Shravasti, can be catched from here. Crowdy place. Bus station renovated and civic facility increased but as happens in most of public place this place do suffer from tobacco paan spit here and there specially on walls.

The infrastructure of the bus stop is good. There is a big waiting hall where you can sit and wait for your bus too arrive is depart. There is a lot of LED screens in waiting hall where you can clearly see arrival and departure time of the buses and the gate no. also. Its in the middle the market. Its nearly about 500m from Qaiserbagh Circle.

Its not as good as alambagh bus stand so it needs to get improved as possible.

Its Uttar Pradesh government bus station which having big infrastructure and facilities. So if you are going to Meerut, Nainital, Haridwar you need to tak bus from Quaiserbag Or Kaiserbag Bus station.This bus station having all necessary facilities they are washroom,

Kesarbagh bus stand LKO,Govt buses are old and deteriorate conditions. Very crowd and rush traffic area. There is no good restaurant and food hotel.facilities are poor conditions in bus stand and around.there is One thing is gd, buses are available for all UPs district and some neighbor state.Gd luck for happy journey

Few of the bus services are irritating. Booked bus for Sonauli border online and here staffs are saying that for this bus there is no sureity all the time.Very risky if you plan to go to places like sonauli border.

Qaiserbagh is the right spelling ,& is a Hoshi Poshi , thick populated area ,some Slum area is also in Qaiserbagh Khatik papulation is too much .Some old cultured haritage buildings are yet available .

A very clean and modern bus station. Major bus routes are Delhi and meerut via sitapur or hardoi. Moradabad bareily saharanpur muzaffarnagar shahjahanpur nazibabad amroha bojnaur etc are connects from these station. Other routes are also connected but very few buses. So for other routes you must take it from alambagh or charbagh.Kaiserbagh bus station is nearer for who lives in the old city of Lucknow e.g. Chowk Nakkhas aminabad hussianabad etc. Total distance from Charbagh station is not so far and well connected.

Honestly, buses here arent cool like our matatus back home in Kenya.

Well clean and hygiene.For some route there is shortage of bus and also the time is not fixed.There is no chart of time is available here you inquiry for bus from Inquiry counter.

No covid-19 precautions being followed here. Security personnel itself not using mask. At covid-19 desk they were eating bhelpuri and told me to wait for 10 minutes. They didnt even sanitized their hands before taking my sample. Too much crowd. Avoid going here.
