Very professional staff!Got OCI for my daughter and the process was quite involved but the staff give time and help to clear doubts.I deducted 1 star because over the let 3 months, their phones have not been working and so no answer to our calls. Prior to that, they always answered the phone and transferred call to correct officer.A little tip: if youre applying for OCI and your child is born in India, you need to firstly apply for a 6 month x-1 entry visa (cost roughly 8.5K) for your child. Once granted, then apply for OCI online, and then present all originals and demand draft (currently 15K) for OCI fee to FRRO office.Thank you FRRO Lucknow!

Wonderful staff, amazing support throughout the process. I had applied for oci for my wife and everything was hassle free. They were prompt and also told me the details over phone. The OCI interview was very smooth and the right from the support officials to the senior officers were very helpful and polite. It was a great experience and thanks to them got the OCI in very quick time. Thanks FRRO lucknow team.

Excellent service by people working there. Officer took 10 minutes in processing all related OCI card related information and then provided all next stages before collecting card. Kudos to the team working there.

I had to enquire about OCI for my daughter. They received my call on first attempt unlike any other Government Organisation,infact I called FRRO Delhi also but as usual it kept ringing. I spoke with 2 members of the team n they were really very supporting,cleared all my doubts, gave me full description n detailed instructions.I called them twice owing to certain confusions and both the times they were very polite and helpful.Thank you FRRO Lucknow!!

They told me in high intonation DONT CALL AGAIN!! after I told there was problem in the website system. I hate to say this but we cannot expect so much on these people who should be responsible to help us. They literally dont care.

This is hands down the best public office in India Ive visited. Not because it is grand or something but because of the staff. Officers in this office have got to be the best public officers, almost anywhere in the world.

I had a very positive experience at FRRO Lucknow. When we went to apply for my husbands OCI card, we had address proof for both Delhi and UP but FRRO Delhi asked me to get some unnecessary documents (not stated in the list of supporting documents and which would have cost us time and money to obtain from the UK). I contacted FRRO Lucknow and the officers were incredibly helpful. They regularly answered all questions, and although the OCI card took a long time to come, Im glad we were dealing with FRRO Lucknow and not the unhelpful babus at FRRO Delhi.

Can somebody share a correct number of Lucknow FRRO office please?

Applied for renewal of OCI for 2 kids. The status was updated frequently. Took approx 2 months to get the OCI in hand. Went to the lucknow office to collect and received the OCI in 10 min.

Was transferring from pio to OCI. The process was pain-free and the staff were really helpful. When when calling in advance of arrival requesting info they were really helpful and polite. Way better than gurugram frro.

Best government officials I came across.In no time OCI documents were verified with help in guiding to rectify the mistakes. It took me hardly 15 minutes in office to file the paperwork. Always available on phone with updated status and polite behavior. At the time of collection of OCI card it took me only 2 minutes to get it, theymade sure that all the paperwork was ready from their end. I was even told the proper means to commute back to station.

I called FRRO, & they behave really badly without a single reason. Really despondent.
