And do not get fooled by the so called helpers outside the office, if you are alone they will immediately approach you, misguide you about the process and charge a huge amount for doing next to nothing. Staff behaviour is really rude. They behave like very uneducated professionals. I am surprised with Assistant. Passport. Officer work, he gave me wrong information. My application for renewal was escalated to RPO (because i have shared IT return proof instead of pass certificate) by him, and when i asked him what is next procedure as i was not aware, he said you can go home without giving me right information that actually i have to go to RPO. It was fortunate that i got some confusion and asked one of the employee there.Did not expected such a irresponsible behaviour by an APO.

Had a smooth process of making passport just ensure you have original and photocopied documents and rest the process is quick it took me hardly 15 minutes to get all process donethis all happened because of TCS 👏👏

From what I experienced it was a nightmare of soughts. Even after online filling of forms for passport renewal fresh documents were asked. No documents were asked in the appointment confirmation slip but class 10 certificate was asked at last moment. When confronted TCS staff posted there behaved like old guards of lucknow development authority. I believe it was only to confuse and frustrate online users and force them to take help of local touts who were more than willing to solve my problems created by Staff of passport office. Even the document scan was done twice as the first officer could not do it properly or the second officer could not read properly. Meanwhile I am now referred for Police Verification as I had started asking questions. This is the second renewal of my passport with every detail remaining the same. Have been living in the same address for the last 28 years still I am being called for verification. I think we will need another 75 years to change our attitude towards work. Be it the government or the government sponsored TCS Staff.Lastly my advice to all carry all documents with you in original even when everything is done online and confirmed by digital locker.

Their service are fast especially for people who just have to update their number.For me it took around 30 -45 min for overall process and even though I went there very late by 11:15 am I guess so had to wait in long queue but that moved very qucikly which was good.

Its quite easy and simple. For freshers please cary your full aadhar card, Pan Card, Bank passbook or DL or Voters card. 10th and 12th marksheet, and outside the PSK there will be many Dalal who will offer you help in applying for the passport please be safe and dont take their help.

The best part of this office is its location. It is located in Hazratganj, the easiest place to access from anywhere in Lucknow.As soon as you enter the premises, dont be fooled by the Brokers. They extract huge sum of money just for nothing.There is a shop just at the main entrance which provides all the xerox and printout facilities without any fuss.Reach before time to avoid any hassle.The actual process starts with the generation of token. You have to wait in large to get the tokens. It is mandatory to carry your original Aadhar Card at the time of token generation.Then you have to through 3 different counters. First one will be the Form Submission, second the Documents verification and third the Approval.After all these 3 counters are done, one generally gets call for Police Verification in one week or so.Keep all original documents along with 2 xerox copies to be on safe side.

Aadhar seva kendra is a place where you can get a new aadhar card, make changes or updates in existing aadhar card, etc. In order to do things done you need to get the appointment in advance which can be easily be done in online mode in UIDAI website. You need to get on exact time there, get a token from the front counter and wait for your name to be called by one of the employees. Make sure to carry original documents if you need to update anything. Fast and prompt services. The wait time is less than 15 minutes. You just need to pay Rs 20/- for parking. 😹

Therere 3 counters, namely A, B and C. People get worse as you move along. Not more scrutiny, but more sarkari-ahsaan attitude. Youre made to run around for tiniest of inconvenience to them. (As small as clicking the mouse to check the next uploaded document) And that constant yelling around.. among themselves and at applicants. No manners of speaking to elderly too.

Although the process was smooth.. But TCS employees were most ill mannered.. Forcing you to buy tata manufactured passport cover...

Place is no doubt well organized and managed. Currently they are only allowing applicants (+1 if Sr. citizen)- Download Aarogya Setu prior- Beware of brokers as there is no need of them, theyll suggest you that itll be done directly and all but please dont go with them as itll end up direct rejection as per rules and regulations- Ample space for 2/4 wheeler parking with nominal charge.- After getting token, verification process will take place and at that time theyll suggest you to opt for Sms service( no use) and Passport cover( 50₹ quality and selling for 450₹). Kindly refuse them even if they insist as TCS needs some earning too apart from handling PSKs.- If your documents are correct, you dont have to worry about anything, no one will harras you or show rude behaviour, there are lots of people ( both educated and illiterate) because of which some officials are tired up handling them.- Whole process is systematic and we are really impressed with service, even though at C counter, some old fellow was asking me to write a letter ( for damage passport), I told him that Ive Affidavit F mentioning the reason of damage, Why should I write a letter?Be confident with your documents and information. He later on checks the form and grant the application.Old officials think that everyone is illiterate and they can ask them to do anything. Thanks to the information given in documents advisory which helped me replying back.

Clean place and the ground level staff is outsources including security and technical team is of TCS which is cherry on the top for quick functioning the main part with government officials is pretty quick like if there are 30 appointments they will take like 15-20 mins else maximum 1 hour .

Beggers are sitting in this office and selling the Passport Cover. They are working for one company which are giving them commission for selling the passpoer cover .They dont have much interest in passport processing. More interest of selling Passport Cover of Rs 450/-.

Worst management.If youre going for passport then carry your (adhaar card voter card bank passbook house registry birth certificate nursery to graduation certificate pan card driving licence office id) sorry if i forget something.Totally unprofessional office they dont care about your time.They will charge 450/- to 650/- for covering (insist).

I had a very pleasant experience this time at passport office . When I along with my wife reached passport office on the date of appointment for renewal of our passports it hardly took an hour to complete all the formalities. Everything was well organized and people friendly . I remember our previous experience ten years back at passport office when it was full of Dalals and the employees were also not friendly. Moreover, this time we received our passports within three weeks. The only thing I didnt like was the cost of passport cover which costs rupees 400.00 . It should not cost more than rupees 200.00. The woman at the very first counter (where documents and application are checked and token is issued) is exceptionally rude- throws papers if they are not organised in the order she needs them and asks the person to get to the back of the line.The staff in the A counters insisted a lot on purchasing the passport covers, even though they are not necessary.The staff in counter C sent my papers for re-evaluation because he didnt want to go through all the papers.The RPO was kind and helpful. So were the staff at counter B.The place is understaffed,the employees overburdened, few chairs to sit. The process is tedious and therefore everyone is annoyed.

On an average, the staff is good... But some of them appear frustrated due to their hectic work. The person at the last counter where I visited was quite rude... But considering their continuous busy schedule, it can be overlooked.The other major disappointment was the deceitful selling of passport covers for 350 or 450 Rs. You can straight away say no if you dont want to have these...irrespective of whether it was marked in your form or not.... If marked than also you can say no......... The staff here misguide the applicants for these service and often charge these amount without explaining.... So be careful and save your hard earned money.Government of India have nothing to do with these services and are offered by TCS.Do like and share this review with your closed ones to help others.

Pathetic service by the officials. So very inhuman and unprofessional. On the last counter, which is C the lady threw my document and said nothing and that too in the morning time, how one can be cruel even in the morning. I asked her about her lunatic behavior, on which she replied, Hogya.. Jao yahan se. The security guard, the token counter guy and the other officials, all were so bad in behavior.

The officers there are absolutely unprofessional and rude and not ready to listen to your problem. They do whatever they feel like doing and do not listen to the applicant.

Nice and clean place, process is very easy to get a passport because of TCS employees, Be aware of DALAALS, They ask for money in return of easy tokens but it hardly takes 5 minutes to get one so dont fall for their tricks. It took only 30 minutes for me.

Passport Seva Kendra (PSK) of Lucknow.Passport Seva Kendra of Lucknow is located few walks away from the Sachivalaya Metro Station gate number one. The service of passport seva kendra of Lucknow is satisfying. Youll get entry by showing your appointment proof and then you have to take your token from the token counter. After that you have to wait for your turn for bio metrics. But the main rush youll face is on counter B and counter C.

Office is up to date well maintained ,good staff but too many unauthorized people outside office trying to trap passport applicants

Staff dont know how to treat people, they just give half information about the solution and next time when you go, they will demand for something more. i tried to complain to APO head but he is also the same, he said to talk to manager why he appointed such staffs, its not my problem.

Overall experience was nice, but why cant the security officials remove those people who stand outside the PSK and ask for Rs500 - Rs1000 for easy access to the Token counter, even though it just took 5 minutes for token issuance. A very helpful and decent staff.The whole procedure is well organised and accordingly maintained.I had a re-issue and as described whole process is divided into 3 steps at PSK. Its a Passport Application Office who accepts applications online. The place is very clean having one canteen and one bathroom for visitors. The processing may take up-to 4 or 5 hours depending on your schedule.
