Cleaning is not good. New Customers waiting on dirty table. And they also do not senetize table after customer service in this covid sessions.

KFC is always great for non-vegetarian stuffs. I love this place for snacks. I used to take chicken ginger burger, chicken popcorn and mojito here. The place is quite tempting and the smell of food will attract you.

The food court includes joints such as KFC which has a good menu. The employees were wearing masks and properly sanitize the place. Overall, it was a good experience.

I recently visited KFC. Everything was in a proper manner. And all staff members are pretty friendly. I really enjoyed food there. Everything was in hygienic condition. They are following covid-19 precautions as well.

Food here is very bad with lack of basic etiquettes..They served me chicken wings with hair in it..Totally unhygienic & that too in this pandemic situation. Food served here is bit salty as well & when complaint was made to one lady manager there she responded Sir Baal tu khane mey galti se kbhi kbhi aa jaata hai aur yeh kisi key eyebrow ka baal lag rha hai. Means how can u expect such reply from a manager of reputed brand..Its not finger linking good at all..Inversely proportional to its tag line..Pic of food with hair in it added in photo image of their page

Today I am going to kfc palassio gomti nagar we are given the order big 8Hot n crispy chicken so yummy and smokey just wow...... I am so happy next time i will came to store with family.....

Kfc as the name says it all.. they have delicious burgers with some customisable toppings you could add.. staff is supportive

Too cramped. Service was extremely delayed as the online delivery guys were standing in a long line. I think the lines should be separated.

KFC is for chicken lovers and everyone knows the taste of KFC who has given a bite on their fried chicken. Their outlet is at the third floor (not very spacious and less ordering counters) in the newly opened in pheonix placcio mall near ekana cricket stadium. Easy to reach here through shaheed path.

It was fine...but in comparison to to other outlets in Lko i dint find it upto the mark...

Good for non vegetarians but only 2 options for Vegans1. Veg burger meal and 2nd veg rice meal and at that time only one was available.

No social distancing maintained in the food court. Huge risk during this time.

It’s a big shopping mall, a little bit difficult to commute if you don’t have a private transport option.
