We had hired Shubham Caterers for my sisters wedding in Lucknow in April 2021 . Their food was so bad, service even worse, and the attitude of the caterer worst of all. Despite taking a hefty advance from us on the name of quality, the food they served was a total disaster. I still cannot forget that orange paneer tikka when it came in front of my eyes. Being a Punjabi myself, that was the worst paneer tikka I saw in my life. Just like the attitude of the caterer, the snacks served were cold and stale. The French fries were colourless and the kebabs looked like a joke. There were hardly any waiters to service the food to our guests. A lot of people missed the wedding ceremony because of the time they spent looking for the waiters and the food. But even this was not the worst part . The food they served for the dinner, the way the served it still haunts me to this day. When we came to the main dinner table reserved for the bride and the groom and their respective families, we were in for a rude shock to see plastic bowls containing a handful of dahi bhalla. Paneer and dal could not be distinguished as everything looked old and black. The noodles arrived on paper plate, with plastic forks. The service was so poor, after calling out for more than 10 times for tawa vegetable, no one came. The only thing edible in the entire wedding was Pepsi, thankfully because Shubham caterer had not prepared that by himself.PLEASE NEVER HIRE THIS MAN FOR YOUR WEDDING. HE IS A BIG CHEAT AND FRAUD. Amazing taste in food provided by shubham caterers.Me and my all family members are impressed with taste and service presentation quality.

I have so much to write about this person and his services. He spoiled my wedding and over that he was not even ready to accept his mistake. He did not miss the chance to take benefit of the Covid situation, at the cost of someones wedding. What he does is make big promises, and once you make him payment, he will make worst of everything. The worst food that I had at a wedding was at my own. Thanks to this man. He will prepare things like starters at his place and then bring it to the venue and serve them by reheating them. And for food every sabzi whether paneer, or malai kofta he made everything in same gravy. Basically he prepared one gravy and added things into to call it by different names. Also the breads were promised of different varieties, but he only served tandoori roti. Rasmalai were ordered 200 for 50 guests, and even before the dinner for over, he said rasmalai were finished. The food was served in plastic disposable bowls to the bride and groom. More that the quality of his food, this man is cheap and shameless. He shamelessly spoilt the event and was not accepting that food was bad. Well whatever said is less for him. He is not at all a man of ethics. Dont hire his services, and if you do make sure you have a family member who keeps an eye on his work at the back all the time. Else he will definitely cheat you. And yes, all the 5 star reviews are fake, given by his family members or friends. See carefully and you will understand that those reviews are indeed fake. Dont fall in trap of this man.

It is interesting to note here that how 90% of the reviews have 5 star rating and those with 1 or 2 star rating have been replied fake by the caterer. All these reviews have been posted by his friends and relatives just to enhance his business, nothing else. It is my genuine request to not to fall for these fake high rated reviews.Totally unsatisfied with the service provided. This caterer will try to dupe you in all possible way. He serves items like paneer, mushroom, chocolate ice creams and other special items in a very small quantities and for a short period of time and will replace them with other items without your consent and then will say i also served extra items. May charge extra saying plates crossed defined limits. He seems to be soft spoken but when you start counting on his shortcomings, he becomes very arrogant and is totally unprofessional. Serving guys were also untrained and food quality was OK.

Simply catering was so awesome to work with for my wedding day. They were very professional and everybody kept raving about how great the food and service was on my wedding day.The bartenders did a great job and were very personable. I am so thankful that I chose simply catering to cater my wedding. They did such a great job in everything.
