This office is near lucknow highcourt. Its an old building. Not many staff to work. I went for sim upgradation. The bsnl employee asked to submit 50 rs first at the counter but then kept it on his own. Wonder if it was the sim upgrade charge or went in his pocket. The process went smooth and hassle free. 2 stars for the location and the cleanliness of the place.
