Very good ISP at Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, using their service for more than year.Service: availability is very good, rarely goes down and issues resolved quickly.Price: very competitive, no need to switch to big players, support local businesses.Speed: provided as promised in plan and provides free speed upgrades whenever applicable even without additional cost.

These Guys are literally gonna give u a small router worth rupees 100 and will take 2570 for 1 tym installation and SD out of which 2000 is refundable but they will literally refuse it when u ask..... Fraud , Pathetic wifi service.Ya And theyll surely say that its refundable for 1 year only.which is a complete lie

FRAUD..They are fraud .. First they will tell you to deposit Rs 2000 security for the router and ONU device which is refundable at the time when you discontinue the service.. But at the time of discontinuation when you want to handover the router and ONU device they clearly refuse to refund the security money . FRAUD SERVICE .. THE OWNER IS A FRAUD .

Very good service. I opted for 25mbps plan but service being so excellent I had to opt for 100mbps plan.

One of the worst internet service provider. by anychance after advance full payment and calling so many time they will connect your internet. after one day they will disconnect your internet and ask to pay money again. they have broker in differnet area. who took advance money and not paying to company. when you ask to any concern person they will told you jisse paisa diya usse bolo hume kyu phone kr rahe. If you have other options for internet never go for this provider. its very frustating.

I opted for Unlimited data and constant 50mbps plan, yet after that few days ago my speed was reduced x4 now only getting 15mbps despite i have unlimited data plan of 50mbps , its total shady business. They are not providing the advertised speed.

Worst internet speed. Ive taken 25 Mbps plan and speed is coming 3-4 Mbps.Speed is always one of the biggest issue. I recently renewed the plan. Earlier it was coming till 22-23 Mbps but they reduce bandwidth now after renewal its coming only 3-4 which is poor.Speed issue happen almost every 5-6 days.

USing internet service in gomtinagar the problem occur that you have to make a call main office means to says that in hazratganj . when you call them they say sir we check and call you back hours hours later they say i will check and same problem happen 14 to 15 days in a months. Abhi toh sabse bade ye problem hai ki agar call karo toh keh denge sir Metro ke kaam ki wajah se net flactuate ho raha hai .bhai if i choose you and pay for you your responsibility to gave a best services.dont blame others accept your mistakes and errors.
