I applied for JioFiber, same day executive was there to take my money and gave me commitment of installation within 2 days....after several mails requests finally Mr Engineering arrived after 7 days...and told me that distribution box outside my home is full and now another box will come for HO and we cannot commit any installation date to you now.Worst thing is that even after my 4 mails to then, no one from local office or from any where even contacted me ever.I dont know about their after installation services as looking at their initial response, I do not have enough courage to proceed.
