I relocated from Hyderabad to Lucknow and in Hanskheda side only 2 internet operators are present. I have reached 1st to Exitel as i have seen their board but the response i got was pathetic. Then i got to know Digital Networks also operate in this area. I called them and their response was A class. They have installed my connection quickly & due to availability of electricity polls they have pulled wire from backside and it taken ~600mt wire to install the connection.Then After service response is the major thing. Whenever i had issue they resolve within 10-20 min. Even wire break they resolved so quickly in one call.I have taken internet plan of 60Mbps but sometime i get more than that :) Best thing is unlimited plans.If you are thinking for a new connection with Extra ordinary after service response then you can goahead with Digital Networks.
