They have a huge 3 storey building full of sofas, centre tables, decor, office furniture, etc and a hyper mart(newly opened)I liked their sofa collection but as they don’t have any customisation facility, we didn’t choose one. We didn’t find the one we wanted. But their collection is good with prices starting from 1lakh.If you’re looking for good leather sofas, and comfortable with high range you can pick this place.

Writing as their customer, i had bought Sofa with SofahiSofa.com Faizabad Road outlet in end 2016 for over 1 Lakh Rupees.The so called imported sofa has a terrible quality and only fancy looks.Had to mend sofa once in its guarantee period with Sofa hi Sofa.com and later over the years due to springs giving up using a local carpenter only to witness later that the frame/plywood used beneath is of terrible quality and supported with inadequate and improper quality springs.Infact, it feels that it is rather made in their local factory and not imported.Sheer waste of hard earned money for a piece of junk only covered beautifully with fancy eye pleasing fabric for instant sale.The fabric also decays over a period of time and is worthless with no value for resale.Imagine that even Sofa hi Sofa also has no exchange policy option for their own sold sofas.Would strongly recommend to stay away and invest your hard earned money at a better place.

Big show room but not very good collection.

11/10 for the products and services they are providing in a place like lucknow. They surprised me with their professionalism. Im a happy and satisfied customer.
