To avoid time delay, my suggestion is to do civil works at your own way, before installation of modular kitchen. Installation takes no time. So far no problem faced, working fine all installation including Hindware automatic chimney and stove. Good customer care service from DAF. Quality work done. I have a very bad experence with DAF, I have ordered 02 wardrobe on 30th of Nov 2018 at 120000 Rs. DAF comitted in 45 days installation after 100% advance payment but i have received shipment after 60 days with less quantity. and for installation they have arrived after 10 days.DAF came to know about less quantity while installation and they inform that balance part is in store and will be arrange shortly. After 04 days they came with old, damage and used material which size was also not matching. Now they are forcing to use. Why I should use old and damage material when i have given full amount what they ask? Still I am struggling with DAF to get it done. They are really un professional and after receiving amount they dont care about customer. I never recommend to deal with DAF.

Unsatisfied with their behavior. Their prices keep going up for no reason. They will tell you a different story at the store, a different one when quoting. They keep changing the bill of materials, dont stick to what theyve committed for. The person dealing with us was also neither courteous nor professional. Have been trying to deal with them for months now, but every time we finalize something at the store, they come back and increase the price. It has been a very unpleasant experience so far.
