Good experience with Home Town. I was trying to book a office table through online but due to some technical issue order not placed. Next day got a call from from Home Town. I explained the issue. He told that he will arrange a call from Sales team who will help me to book. Immediately within 10 minutes got a call from Sales executive and as per my requirements he shared pictures first of few study table. I selected 2 and asked for Virtual Demo which he given. Then I booked one Study table for my office use. I really very happy with their service. #Appreciated

The wardrobe from Hometown is of excellent quality. sales team had helped us pick the right product at great prices. He continued to coordinate with us and delivered the product on time, as she promised. The fixing team arrived on the same day and finished the job flawlessly. I would very much recommend Hometown for its services.

Pathetic service... Booked a dining table, first of all due date came after a month and when it arrived it only had 3 legs. The installation man who came said will lodge a complain but he didnt, after a week when I tried to get in touch with him to know the status he then logged in a complain. There was a time when they used to give good service but now they are just going on with paid false reviews

Home Town has drastically reduced now a days to furniture and home decorators. Everything shrunk to a small place. Furniture collection is good and home decoration items are beautiful. Betsheets, towel, curtains have wide range. Sometimes you get good offers. At least you should visit this shop for window shopping.

My experience with hometown is great. Have purchased a queen size cot and recliners. The service is very good with detailed assistance from the staff.

Actually 1star is more than enough for Home town Lucknow but there is not an option for less than that.We had placed an order for 7seater sofa +1table on Jan 26, 2020 and we paid the full amount for that but sad part is that its going to be six months now, I havent got any confirmatory response from their suee, either they are making sofa from scratch and I wonder that take too takes 6 months to make. Its hilarious but very unprofessional and irresponsible customer service from their side.

Worst customer service, purchased a recliner 17 Jan 2020 and it is still not installed properly, they are not forthcoming. Have to remind them every second day and they commit but dont deliver. Wont recommend it to anyone
