I do trust Glen (Houzoldz) 100%They prove to go extra mile when there was an issue. The customer support is just fabulous. I dont have words to describe how fast they can resolve any small issue on our door steps as per request.

Had a very sad experience with Glen service provider in LkoAlthough had full faith with them right from 2002But this time i purchased a Gas burner in Feb2020.Problem consisting right from d beginning but this time d concerned technical person submitted his report jst19 days before n assured me that next day it will b changed. After making so many complaints with Alambagh store(complaint no. 2404) I was compelled to go with my complaint with d owner , who is sitting at Gomtinagar.Surprisingly, they closed my previous complaint n raised a new job card n sent d same person who already submitted his reporeport for change of burner.I presume only manupulations r going on with this company to befool their customers.PL DONT RELY WITH THIS BRAND SPECIALLY AT LUCKNOW CENTREIf any unforseen incident takes place at my residence due to this, I will definitely move to court

Had a very unprofessional experience with the Alambagh service center. I had requested for the overhauling of the chimney under a promise that it will be returned back within 2-3 days. But that doesnt happen, I am well aware that service may take 1-2 days extra due to covid-19. But it take more than a week. On showing the displeasure to the service center manager about the time it was taking, the manager talked in very unprofessional (rude) manner.He even said this to me, I will not return your chimney, go do whatever you can do.At that moment I decided to raise a proper police complaint for this behaviour and service. But I dropped the idea after my father suggested to ignore that manager.The chimney got delivered after few days, but its no longer working properly.I strongly suggest the consume to rethink before sending the chimney to this particular center (Alambagh, lucknow)
