The actual rating should be even lower. My family ordered a furniture combo package with double bed with mattress, dressing table, almirah, side table, sofa (with cushions) and center table. They first promised delivery a month after placing the order, it has now been two and a half months. After repeated updates on the delivery date, here is the current status:Sofa, center table and mattress - not delivered.Other items - delivered six days ago.Bed - received different product and it is broken at a joint.Almirah - incomplete, missing hardware.Dressing table and end table are fine.We have made repeated calls and visits. The staff is often unresponsive and they basically lie every day with promised delivery within an hour or by tonight. Owners phone (Dr. Vivek Gopal) is consistently switched off, and his partner (Mrs. Mona Singh) does not care about attending to customers.In short, dont bother with these people, go find a different furniture store.

They dont even deserve a single star.The people working here are ridiculously rude. Take money in advance and dont deliver the item and misbehave while refunding.
