I got a chicken value burger. The chicken strip in the burger is so hard that I couldn’t even bite into it. The burger was smelling and the bun was stale. Horrible experience.

I have always been a big fan of KFC! But after this day, I will never ever order one of my favourites because of their mistake. I had ordered 2 things (Big 8- 4 pcs hot and crispy and 4 pcs smoky hot chicken, and 2 chicken krisper burgers) through Swiggy. I recieved the order timely, but only recieved half of it. I had not recieved 4 pcs of smoky hot chicken.I dont know whether it was he delivery boy, or the restaurant, but I was the most disappointed when KFC didnt even bother correcting their mistake. I called them, and they told me that theyll call me and look into the problem, but I have still not got any calls from them.I JUST WANT TO SAY, DONT ORDER ONLINE FROM KFC. When the lockdown ends, just go and dine in there.

Kfc of cinelpolis, making fool to customer on tha name of Ultimate Order , they are not putting enough chicken which has been mentioned in Ultimate Menu .And if u going to ask about it they will argue with u and miscommunicate..

They are getting worst day by day! No taste value, no money value, no fresh item. If you order French fries here theyll give you 5 fries for 65 bucks. Why you guys are doing this? At least give us the food that worth our money. You are totally making your customer fool. You are one of the famous brand and still this behavior. Never going to try KFC again! Dont Ever try chocolash at this place.. the worst crusher you can ever have in your life. Just a plain milk ice with choco powder on it. Adding to that, Service is pathetic. KFC literally need to take care of this branch if they dont want to ruin their brand(at least in Lucknow)
