Very poor service. Untrained staff and thsy use to make very long estimate without even asking you they add various things and charges highly at the end. Not recommended at all

This is the worst servicing centre currently in the whole city. These people try to change the inner parts of the vehicles in the name of service. Today itself they unscrewed and dissected my scooty without my consent. They took my scooty in the accidental area and all some of the parts were out of the vehicle when the ramps when empty. Even the staff out there is very bad. They misbehave with the customers in place of accepting their fault They are unethical people and the staff there namely Dipti Bajpai is so incoherent and rude towards the customer.Highly incompetent staff and rude staff members . Strongly not recommended to leave your vehicle at this place. If you want to keep your vehicle safe never ever visit this place.

Jp honda daliganj provide good service but service should be fast and they did not wash properly vehicle last time i visited service centre they did not properly tight nut of my bikes back tyre ,it can cause any injure to me ..

Its an average restaurant.... but overall a good restaurant. the quality of food is really impressive and the neatness is really great 👍👍

The service they provide is not upto the mark. Since I had relocated from Hyderabad, the services when compared its very poor here. In addition to the corona time there was no social distancing maintained.

Very bad management

Very good services. My Active was having fuel leakage, I thought the bill would be as high as 500 to 600, but they charged me Rs 80/- only for fuel pipe replacement. Happy to know that Honda give genuine and cost effective services. Staff was also polite and friendly, especially I appreciate a Dumb n Deaf Staff worker who was very active and energetic. Kudos to such team give equal opportunity to work to the disabled.

This servicecenter did not cover AMC taken from other dealership or other district also price of part is high in comparision with other service center

I gave my bike to them three times for servicing since there was petrol leak from bike. Every time they were not able to repair the fault and charged heavily for God knows what. last time the serviceman told me that the carburettor should be replaced and I have to pay in advance RS 3000 for the total cost is 6000. And they have to order carburettor which would take 15 days since they didnt had it. If they dont have equipments to repair then why they have opened such a large workshop? Why they have been charging hefty fees for the problem they couldnt repair? It has been a very poor experience for me as well as waste of time and energy. if you come here to service your bike then you will find place crowded and will have to wait for your turn for hours. I wouldnt recommend this workshop. They are good only in washing the bike nothing else. Avail your free services there and paid service somewhere else. Till date my bike has not been repaired properly and I have to put gas tank in off position to avoid petrol leak.I will soon lodge complaint against them.

Now this showroom looks spacious and giving good service.

Service is really very poor and there is no punctuality of time. At whatever time mentioned over job card, from that time customer reaches and thenvthey start the pending works related to service.

It is very good that they are taking feedbacks after each servicing but it is very bad that you should stand with the technician who is servicing your vehicle to rectify your vehicle faults becoz I tod 3 times. So it seems that they are not properly at your shortcomings which you wrote before handing over for servicing.

On avg they provide good service but during last visit they took money for battery change but didnt replace with new one and delivered the partially serviced vehicle. I had to weight for more than 30 minutes extra, and when I tool my bike on road I found that brakes are not serviced so for this I had to visit once again on next day. The problem is for their own mistakes and faults they dont even apologise, they dont even feel little bit sorry.

Very unprofessional behaviour and service was very poor of my activa 3g 125cc. After servicing there was a problem that if i go beyond 65 km/hr my spark plug got fused, it happened thrice, every time i have u suffer and the mechanic told me that ur spark pluck was got over tight thats why the holder was a bit broken, then i went to chawk service center there they also confermed the same, but there mechanic was well trained, i dont know but how he corrected that fault with out charging much, i am realy happy with there service. I have to again do my activa servicing but actualy i am afferaid of giving my scooty to ur service center, the only advantage is that it is the nearest service center for me, but after having my last bitter experiance i think its better to go far for servicing rather than a wrong service.
