Had a mixed experience,.Location is good, - 5 min walk from the Lucknow Railway Station.Best facility is that they can facilitate prior check if available.Only Some rooms are having all the primary facilities only like almira, window etc.Food - 3 StarsHospitality- 3 StarsOnline payment is available.Expensive as compare to the other hotels in the area and services.Every Bell boy is asking and try to get money without any expected services.

When we entered the hotel we were not given a room key, they said we dont have it now we will give it to you later. As we entered the room i saw the water kettle and it was so dirty that it was not usable. So to inform the reception i picked up the phone to which i saw that the room phone was not not working. And then after a minute to my horror i saw a mouse in the room. It was shocking to see a mouse in the room and i had to go all the way to the reception telling them about the issue to which they said that we will send some sweeper to check it. I had gone out and when i came back in the evening the room was still not changed and the room keys were still not provided. And the worst hits in when i enter my room i see that the mouse had gotten up on the bed tore open the food packets i had on the bed and probably destroyed all of it. Still no action was taken i had to go back to the reception because the room phone had no batteries in it and no call could be made. There solution was to put a rat trap in the room for the night. After having to tell them that what if the rat dies in the night on the trap i would not want to be sleeping in the same room. To which they had no answer. I entered the bathroom and saw that there was only one towel and also the towel and chewing tobacco stains which could not be used. The glasses in the room were so dirty that i had to get them changed 3times before washing them myself. Called for room service at 9.30 pm to which the person who picks up the call tells me that he is on a call and will call me in 5mins it was extremely pathetic to have to hear this after all of that happening. It was 10.30pm now and still no return call was been made to which after getting frustrated i called back again and then he took my order and no apology was made for being so irresponsible, i order for tandoori aloo and confirmed from him if it is available to which he agreed and i hung up the phone. After 20mins a room boy knocks and to which he says that we have been trying to call you but you were not answering the room phone but the problem is that the room phone does not ring because it does not work. He comes in and says that tandoori aloo is not available. We had to order food from outside. By far the worst and the most pathetic stay of my life. Having to pay so much for my room is worthless and further proof of pictures and videos will be sent to concerned officials for further investigation.

So much dirty place and the food was the worst, wastage of money and time.

I had an Interview for MBA college and thats why I visited. It will be a good place for Corporates to conduct a meeting or get- together as they have both conference halls of different sizes as well as rooms for stay and it is located in the heart of Lucknow i.e HAZRATGANJ so its a good place for such events and mainly offices of corporates are also present near to this hotel.

Location of the hotel is very good gives access to all the day to day requirements.Rooms were large, spacious,beautiful, neat and clean with nice ventilation as well as loaded with all the modern day requirements such as television, ac, dining table, sofa, refrigerator, electric cattle etc.Beds were very comfortable.Nice and Co-operative staff, No problem in check-in instant check - inThe only problem is service was very slow i had to call twice or thrice to the room service to get a bottle of drinking water yet it was not provided such a carelessness in service leaves a bad impression on the customers

It was the worst experience so far. hotel had many rooms but gave me room no 317 where flush wasnt working. other room they gave was 318. Both were pathetic. Gave split beds even after saying that i need king size bed. Bedsheets stinks, had spots on it. washroom had smell as it wasnt used/cleaned from many days. Room was intentionally given so that they could sell better room to another customer. One one light was there which could not produce lighting.windows were open, one could not sleep due to outside road traffic sound. it was the worst experience after spending hard earned money. will never stay in this hotel again.

Overall average experience. But slightly disappointed with staff working style at reception. He was not giving me food bill during checkout and saying that food bill will be sent to Whatsapp later on. When I insisted for the bill and when the bill came, I got to know that he was asking for Rs 100/- more. I paid them the bill amount. In the evening hotel staff called me and said that I have not checked out from hotel. He said that I did not pay food bill. They called me two times for same. I was really irritated with the staff due to this. Also Hotel is old, with equipments and furnitures old too...

The club room, except for space as it really huge, was nothing great. Even though we booked the room for ourselves, we were accompanied by a rat, a couple of roaches and a lizard. The room was clean in areas you can see but not in areas that not easily visible, like the underside of bed. It seemed like it was cleaned more than a year ago, it was filled with dust, candy wrappers from previous occupants and even old tv remotes. The geyser looked like it will fall apart any moment, which luckily did not happen. Toiletries and towels were provided. The food was okay but their tea was really good. Quite near to Lucknow Railway Station, walkable distance.

The best place in Lucknow for a layover, opposite the railway station and because of the metro the airport in now only minutes away. Very reasonable pricing and cordial staff. Neat and clean premises.

This hotel is very convenient to stay overnight and easy to locate from Charbagh railway station.Food was not so okk but ambience was good. And if you prefer to launch and dinner or hangout with friends and family not recommend this place because of cost factor, But if you want to stay or arrangement for weeding or engagement purpose was good option. Lastly book your stay with OYO room and get heavy discount.

The hotel was average not too bad neither too good the staff was not at all cooperative u have to wait too long for the orders, not hygienic bcz toilet doesnt have toilet paper or even jet. The fridge was not working some rooms were having kettle and others dont. One thing what I liked about this hotel was room it was very cool even in the day.

Typical railway station located close to Char Bagh station. Check-in is fast and smooth, however, room quality, interior, bed linen, air conditioner, upholstery, washrooms, toilet cleanliness and the service experience is not to the mark. More so when the hotel is charging Rs.4000/- a night (Ibibo discounted price Rs.3000/-). At this price, there are several other good hotels available in the city. Avoidable.

I have stayed here for 3 consecutive days...courtious and helpfull staffs...changed my room into a better one instantly just because there was a minor issues with the shower in bathroom....everyday breakfast buffet is arranged here and varieties of delicious dishes was served with outmost care and courtsey and hygine is well maintained in here.... All staffs are quick to respond in providing service and very helpfull in all manner.

Mohal hotel is quite an average hotel. Front desk person was an elderly person and was in hurried to go home after night shift. When a new person arrived he did not any gesture towards us. He was just a neutral person and just sit there to give answers.When we asked for early check in they refuse to get it and asked for rs. 800 for it. Room was an ordinary room. Bed was stinking bathroom was clean but this property isnt a 3 star property. Food service was good i am not impressed with hotel. In Lucknow may hotels available on this price.

The best location one can look for in case you r coming by rail. The staff is very accommodating and ready to help even in very early check in and late checkouts. The food on the fourth floor restaurant is amazingly super. The combo deal of breakfast and lunch or dinner is so very intimidating. Keep it up guys.

Hotel looks like archeological site. For the price they charge you can get decent hotels. Mattresses, Ac , fan,furniture everything is from stone era.

Though it was a 1 day stay at Mohan hotel, but it was good. i had all the comforts available. what I felt could be improved was lighting in the bathroom near the shower area, it seemed very pale n dull. Room service was quick, food was good and was overall a hassle-free experience. located very near to the railway station, makes you save time.

Very comfortable stay. It was like home away from home. Services were commendable with very pleasing and cooperative staff. They almost pampered you. The food was also quite decent. All in all very happy with this hotel.

I stayed in this hotel for 1 day with my wife. We reached late in night at about 12 but receptionist behaviour was courteous. He upgraded our room , probably as we both are senior citizens.Breakfast was fine with many varieties.

Rooms are good with service. Food is expensive and tasteless. The best part is they dont provide you with dental kit in the morning. You have to get your own or buy from outside. According to the room pricing, they should provide.

First I visited this hotel on 15 Nov and just reviewed some deficiency about AC. On next day I again Booked it. Next day it was totally changed. staff apprised me about yesterday review. I really pleased with the how they come up on next day. A nice stay on next day nice room and finally I lovely discussion with Mr. Devedi at reception. A good champ.

Popular hotel in charbagh area. Has decent fooding and lodging at reasonable prices. One of the Good places to hang out with friends for a drink or two if you are on a tight budget. Its a perfect place if u dont want to spend much and drink more but not at a model shop. You can also get snacks which are tasty. The family restuarant is also just beside the bar wherr you can get a meal with family and friends without any liquor.

Very near to Lucknow junction. Rooms are birds but poorly maintained else the bathroom. Room service is quick but food amenities are very much expensive. The hotels bar is very expensive as there is no happy hours rule, so kingfisher strong beer bottle is always priced at Rs 300/-.

Hotel is close to station, but over crowded location. I had booked a club room and asked to change the room which I checked in first but the next room was even more worst. Rooms not well maintained, staff was cooperative for offering room to change even after check out. However the room service team needs to be more deciplined While entering the room. If the room isnt locked they simply push the door and enter in.
