This is worst center of idea ever.They doesnt care for customer.Ive visited here no facility are available even they havent sim for upgrade 3G to 4G always avoid and told for next day. If you suffer from sim lost problem, never visit there. They have told for too much things. Ive wasted my half of the day to find my lost no. Again but I cant find due to this fu*king my idea center. I think this my idea must should be closed. Otherwise they must care for the customers. They have no feeling for customer care. This is my worst experience forever with this center. Ive wasted my too much fare while filling the requirement for upgrading sim in to 4G and to find my lost phone number. 😈😡😈

Idea store where all the services available. Good location and services is also very prompt and supportive.

The store no longer exist, just a person sits with a desk and a register.For technical services he will you to visit Vodafone service at sapru marg.so basically visiting this place is waste of time and effort.

Idea cellular exclusive store in Kapoorthala, Lucknow. A small but neat store. The staff is courteous and helpful. One can get idea sim from here.

I had visited for internet recharge for my Samsung Tab now I am not using Idea connection nor Samsung Tab.
